I love the personal care and professionalism from all of the employees that I work with from office personnel to the person cleaning my house! Spot on every time!

I love how clean my house is after Merry maids has been there. I love how reliable and consistent their work is.
After being a loyal customer for 10+ yrs, and having the same team of house cleaners (Misty and Trish) come out, and with no notice/permission from me, Merry Maids began sending out new people to clean, to the point that I never knew who was coming and/or if I had ever met her/them. This doesn't work for me since a) I have a dog, and if the house cleaner is nervous around him, it makes the cleaning logistically more difficult, and b) I have a home office, and am not comfortable having people I don't know clean my office.
While I understand that COVID messed up most people's regular cleaning teams, better (or any) communication from the scheduler, along with some sort of cooperative plan for the future, would have made me satisfied. At it is, I fired Merry Maids since they failed to show any loyalty or care to a long-time customer.
You do well, just listen to concerns a little better.

With everyone working from home now, it would be nice to be able to schedule a specific time or window that service will be provided. I have several important presentations that I had to give over the last month and of course the time that my person arrived was within an hour of the presentation. I hoped that there wouldn't be much background noise, but of course there was. Its not fair to expect someone to clean "quietly" so it would've been nice to coordinate my time on that day so this could've been avoided.

I have used Merry Maids for a number of years and I have never had a negative experience with any of the employees. Each employee is different, one may be better at cleaning and disinfecting the bathrooms or another may be better at all of the glass we have in our home but the team complements each other. I am always very happy with the service. They are always very pleasant and on the occasion I may ask that a certain area be given more attention they are always happy to fulfill my request. I do not hesitate to recommend Merry Maids.
