Reliable and they do a wonderful job

The staff that comes (usually Misty) is always on time, always does a great job, asks is there is anything to focus on, and leaves the house looking just great.

I got an email saying that the cleaners would be here by 9:00. They didn’t show up until 2:30. We waited 5 1/2 hours. That part we hated but the cleaning was great. In the future we need to know when you will be here.

Cleaning professionals are courteous, conscientious and usually do a great job. Most of the time I am not here for the cleaning and they keep the house secure when leaving, but more importantly, they allow me to come home to a clean home! Appreciate them very much.

Most of the ladies are quite personable too. Maybe not everyone is as outgoing as some of the others, but they are all very nice. And they all know their business.

I like the ease of scheduling. I am able to call or text to get information on pricing, questions about my bill, time window for services, set up payment, and I'm sure just about any question I may have.
As far as the cleaning service is concerned, the ladies that came to my house did impeccable work. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect as this is my first time reaching out to a cleaning company, but they went above and beyond cleaning all areas of my home.
The part I enjoy the most? The weight that has been lifted off my shoulders knowing I can have my house looking in mint condition and that I don't have to try to find the time to clean my home. I am very excited to continue to use the service, Merry Maids went above and beyond my expectations.

Care of ceramic animals and other breakables.

MM is professional and good. It's not an issue for me but some people could not use a recommendation for a cleaning service that doesn't come at a set time, just a set day. I don't mind but some of my acquaintances do need specific schedules. The new texting is great though, letting me know when the service has started and ended

I like having different people rotating to clean our house. Different people focus on different things.

I don't like the inconsistency shown by the maids who "clean" my condo. I had a person who I liked and who did a fine job. She came a few times, then was gone; I haven't seen her since. I understand turnover in businesses, and I also understand that I can't insist on having the same person each time. Last week's cleaning was not a good one. I should have called to let you know, but didn't, so that's on me. But I literally had to call her back to the house as she was heading to her car to leave. I showed her some areas that obviously had been overlooked or cleaned poorly. She spent two more minutes and then left. Because of the inconsistency, I would be reluctant to recommend Merry Maids to my friends and neighbors.

We had an initial deep house clean last week and Sagui and Wendy did a wonderful job. We look forward to having them back on a regular basis

Overall this was the smoothest experience I’ve had. From the initial contact through the follow up to check on the work of the two fabulous humans who cleaned our house, I have zero concerns. Thank you so much for all of the help!

Would like more of an advanced notice of when Merry Maids will arrive on our scheduled date. Easier to plan my day if I know ahead of time your staff will arrive.

Your person (Marketta) arrives on time and is very pleasant. The house is cleaned in about 3 hours, and everything is shiny and dust free.

I like the way they clean my wood floors and fluff up pillows and fold blankets. That are kind and friendly and most are very hard workers. Misty and Savanah are great but I can’t always get them. They could do a better job dusting. The little feather duster is not very thorough. Allie that came last week was great too and her partner.

Cleaning is reliable and thorough. Cleaners are friendly and polite.

We appreciate when the same ladies are sent to our home. Their familiarity aids in the cleaning.
