I found bath tubs, dishwasher & stove fronts not clean before she left and she wiped then off. However, I later found quite a few things that had not even been touched. The entry way floor not only did not get cleaned, but there were areas that had not even been sweep. The bath room shelve as well had not been cleaned, not even dusted. Toilet paper holder same thing. Top of microware not even wiped off. She told me she wasn't allow to clean the kitchen fan, so I did it.
I could go on, but why bother.

I paid for deep cleaning which would include the inside and outside windows. However after looking at the windows they were streaky and they were very dirty even after they were supposedly cleaned. I had to go back and wipe them down with actual soap and water not just one layer of vinegar which was used. I don't know why they didn't see this They should have seen that they were not clean. The window sills are not clean everything that they TOUCHED was basically half done which was not very Merry Maid like! DEEPLY dussapointed with "deep" cleaning

Price is high!

First of all please know the individuals were a delight. I honestly felt for a $100 an hour they would have been more thorough. There were numerous areas that I asked them to revisit. Also, I honestly believe since I was paying by the hour they did not clean in swift and orderly fashion. A lot of the cleaning took place in the kitchen, where both of them worked in tandem. With that said, there was a lot of visiting. I understand there was a lot to clean, however, I have had this house cleaned head to toe before and it did not take 26 hours (13 hours x 2 individuals).

They are so friendly! They love on my dog and treat her so well. The quality of clean is very high and the house always looks amazing!!

The girls are very pleasant to have an the products they use clean very good, I ment to call but had a fall an hurt myself, Misty an Diana make a good team they both do a very good job, you never have to check Misty's work, an Diana is right behind her
