I have had the same 2 ladies for the last several years, These 2 do an excellent job and are very congenial. The last cleaning I had a new lady. She did a fine job and also was congenial. For the last 4 plus years I have had nothing but good service from these ladies.

It always smells fresh.
The last two cleanings at my house a few things were missed. The items missed:
1. Trash was not emptied.
2. My son's bed was stripped and sheets left to make bed. Bed was not made.
3. Master bath shower never gets scrubbed only wiped down. I have to scrub or spray with Tilex to ensure that the mold is removed.
4. I wasn't home for the last cleaning and my husband said the floors were not cleaned properly.
5. The time before last I asked to have the baseboards dusted and I moved my dog bed and hair was all over the baseboard. The girls didn't move the bed.
I hate to complain because I love the fact that I have a set schedule.

The 2 ladies who clean my house are SUPER. There is always good conversation, humor, sharing of mutual appropriate ideas. This is always done WHILE working, never any idle time.
I have had the same 2 ladies for many years. They always call to announce their arrival. They are very regular coming at the same time for each cleaning. If I have a time problem adjusting th arrival time is no problem. THANK YOU
