Dependable. Thorough- rarely find places that haven’t been touched.

Prices keep going up!! I have been a customer for 14 years, and I feel like the price for my cleaning has gone up 3 times in the last two years.
we've used Merry Maids for a number of years. Our cleaner Becca comes every two weeks and does a great job plus she gets along with all our animals.
Reliability and office communication
Floors of entire rooms are often skipped and furniture is rarely swept as was promised. I feel as if the job is usually rushed and often halfway completed unfortunately.

My home always looks lovely when Merry Maids are finished.
Our Maids are awesome! They do a great job and are very friendly & courteous. Grandma stayed with us this week and they found her glasses while cleaning! We had looked everywhere; they are very thorough! With all that is going on, it is reassuring to know our house is properly cleaned. We work from home, so having a tidy house makes our day so much nicer.

I've noticed the price has gone up, but the service has declined or remained the same at the least. My wood floors continue to be a problem. I called this time and usually get a response right away, but nothing as of yet.
Don’t really clean just kind of straighten up don’t really clean all floors and don’t dust everything don’t do thorough job cleaning bathroom for the money and tip house should get good cleaning not just straighten up but a cleaning
