I’m generally pleased with the work done by the Merry Maids staff, and I understand staffing difficulties in this time of Covid. However, for the last several cleanings, I have had a different crew each time, meaning that I’ve got to explain things over and over. And I used to have two persons come, but recently it’s only been one, and often it’s a fairly new person. I’ve also seen some inconsistency in the work. Sometimes it’s very well-done, but other times just okay.

Our Maids are awesome! They do a great job and are very friendly & courteous. Grandma stayed with us this week and they found her glasses while cleaning! We had looked everywhere; they are very thorough! With all that is going on, it is reassuring to know our house is properly cleaned. We work from home, so having a tidy house makes our day so much nicer.

I've noticed the price has gone up, but the service has declined or remained the same at the least. My wood floors continue to be a problem. I called this time and usually get a response right away, but nothing as of yet.

Don’t really clean just kind of straighten up don’t really clean all floors and don’t dust everything don’t do thorough job cleaning bathroom for the money and tip house should get good cleaning not just straighten up but a cleaning
