Home always looks beautiful

For the last few years the prices keep going up and the quality of the service has decreased. The baseboards are seldom done, many times there are still cobwebs after the cleaners leave, and the tiled floor almost always has an unsightly sheen after cleaning.

Whatever you use on stainless kitchen sinks.

Deep clean was charged but I received a sub par regular clean. I will give it one more time in case this was just a fluke.

Unfortunately there were too many cut corners. We had one half bath that didn’t even get touched. Lots of surfaces that were not dusted and floors not cleaned. Very disappointed :(

The cleaning people are a bit uneven. Some more thorough than others. The last person that came was excellent and we would like to have her here again. Audrey? Ashley"

Merry Maids do a professional cleaning job. The person doing the work is courteous, well mannered, goes straight to work upon arriving, is able to provide good conversation that does not interfere with the work to be done. I am usually notified that the worker will arrive shortly, I appreciate this little extra.

RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH OFFICE

There is always something left undone/missed and since you don’t have the same 2 gals come every time, you aren’t able to develop a consistent knowledge of their work to know if they are going to do a thorough job or not.

After Covid quality went way down. I understand.

This last 6 months it has still been sub par. The ladies who were here Tuesday did a little better dusting.

Overall, I’m dissatisfied. We used to get top to bottom edge to edge cleaning. That is no longer the case.

Wood floors weren't completely clean. Rest of the work done was good!

Always can tell when they have been there with carpets vacuumed, wood floors cleaned, bathrooms cleaned, and fresh smell!

Timeliness, excellence performance. And she seems to like and get along with our 15-year-old dog.

Usually I have the same gals which is great. You know them and they know you. Last week I had someone I had never seen before and although she was nice she was by herself so not all the floors were as great nor were the little things done-blankets folded, pillows stacked neatly. I like consistency and the same people. Also my time is between 12-2 and she was here at 10:30 and I wasn’t ready that early.

The service is consistent and outstanding.

Currently I like the Merry Maids representive for the following reasons: arrivial is consistent, pleasent personality, ask questions for clarification and does a Great job cleaning.

It was not a good idea to switch to mops. It makes my floors too smeared and they show dirt much quicker. I will probably change companies if I don’t see an improvement soon.
