There is always something left undone/missed and since you don’t have the same 2 gals come every time, you aren’t able to develop a consistent knowledge of their work to know if they are going to do a thorough job or not.
After Covid quality went way down. I understand.
This last 6 months it has still been sub par. The ladies who were here Tuesday did a little better dusting.
Overall, I’m dissatisfied. We used to get top to bottom edge to edge cleaning. That is no longer the case.
Wood floors weren't completely clean. Rest of the work done was good!
Always can tell when they have been there with carpets vacuumed, wood floors cleaned, bathrooms cleaned, and fresh smell!
Timeliness, excellence performance. And she seems to like and get along with our 15-year-old dog.

Usually I have the same gals which is great. You know them and they know you. Last week I had someone I had never seen before and although she was nice she was by herself so not all the floors were as great nor were the little things done-blankets folded, pillows stacked neatly. I like consistency and the same people. Also my time is between 12-2 and she was here at 10:30 and I wasn’t ready that early.

The service is consistent and outstanding.
Currently I like the Merry Maids representive for the following reasons: arrivial is consistent, pleasent personality, ask questions for clarification and does a Great job cleaning.
It was not a good idea to switch to mops. It makes my floors too smeared and they show dirt much quicker. I will probably change companies if I don’t see an improvement soon.
House always looks great
Better dusting vaccuming and bathroom floor. My girls are always kind but I get the feeling they are rushed and can’t spend the time necessary because they have a huge schedule to complete.
Inconsistent cleaning methods and staff. I’ve seen more faces in the last 6 months then over the last 12 years of service. Missing the reliable team that would deliver all services at each cleaning.
They have always done a great job for me.
The service is dependable and the cleaners are friendly and respectful.
I cannot compliment them enough - arrived on time, good communication in advance and staff was friendly and did an amazing job - the house looked great and I look forward to regular service
Maybe give a financial break after every 5 or 6 cleanings?

They have been responsible and in the majority of ties, the staff have been proactive and did not wait for direction for special attention to a needed action of cleaning,
The majority of the staff who have cleaned by apartment for the last four years are happy doing an effective cleaning,
I find it frustrating that I often have different people each time I have a cleaning scheduled. While they’re always pleasant, the quality of the work varies somewhat.
