I love the flexibility of scheduling!!! Truly appreciate that for my crazy schedule. I love how the carpets are vacuumed and my hardwoods are cleaned. I do not like how the bathroom tile is cleaned.

Everything looks great usually, but I did find some thing in the formal livingroom buy our curtian on our white carpeting.I believe this must have been about 3 cleanings ago. I meant to call but I have had to have oral surgeries and I was not in the mood to deal with anything else at the time.

Initial service was awesome, my initial deep cleaning was outstanding. The subsequent 4 cleanings or so were great, with Crystal. Since she has left the company my cleanings have just been "surface" jobs, not cleanings.

Nothing. What you do is great, I just don't talk too much about personal info at work.

It seems like every other cleaning is excellent. However I couldn't even tell what they had done the last time. They were in and out so fast they could not have done much. There was dust and cobwebs behind the toilet. The floors didn't look well mopped, and the carpeting on the stairs did not appear to be vaccumed. The time before they did a great job. The time before that, not so good. This past time was the most disappointing.

Very convenient. Ladies are ALWAYS so nice and accommodating.

Some of the edges are not getting vacuumed (e.g. in the entrances to a room).

While the service started off great, quality has declined over the last few months. In our most recent cleaning, we found our small dog locked out in the garage when we got home.

Also, I regularly feel like the cleaning quality is extremely inconsistent across the house. I see dust collected on lamps, mold spots in our tub and on the tile walls-it sometimes feels like items are skipped outright.

House is always very clean, and no sticky residue left on furniture or floors. Always smells great!

I was told they would be there between 10 and 12. When I called at 12:15 to find out why no-one had shown up, I was assured they would be there in 15 minutes. No explanation.

An hour later, I called back because still no-one. This time I was told I'd get a call back. A few minutes later they arrived, but I never got a call back, and the only explanation I got was that the last job took longer than anticipated.

If I had known no-one would be there until after one, I could have gone to work for a few hours. As it was, you wasted several hours of my vacation time. I don't appreciate that.

I have no idea what you can do to make things right.

On time, reliable, efficient and very clean!!

I talked to an individual on Friday. An inspector will be out next time our home is cleaned. I feel that our home is being hurried through and small items are being neglected.

The ladies were very nice and went to work as soon as they got to my place. They did a nice job but knocked a slat out of my bedroom vertical blinds and did not tell me they had done so. If something like that happens I would like to know about it.

Improve a few little details, ie. clean tile around garden tub

You have "industrial" strength products that really get things sparkling clean.About services,I like having the same cleaning ladies every time-which is not always the case.Some cleaners are better than others.I`ve had other companies clean my house & they weren`t very good.

No "smelly" cleaners or air fresheners are used.

Everything has disappointed me!

My home always smells si fresh and clean. The carpet feels soft upon walking on it. I like the lines that are vacuumed into my furniture. Amber Rigers is the best. I love when she comes with a crew. If you sent Amber each time that would be great. The crew is always friendly.
