Offer more services. It seems like several years ago when we hired you for a while, washing windows was included in each visit.

The workers that do the cleaning really seem to care and want to do a stellar job for their clients.

The women who have been to our home have been very professional, courteous, and thorough. They are always on time on the dates scheduled for service.

I don't believe that the floors are being cleaned well enough. Also there's mold growing in the shower. I also feel like cobwebing is not getting done frequently enough

The cleaning is pretty consistent, but could be better. We are not happy when we have things rearranged in the bathroom or elsewhere after a cleaning.

The quality of your staff and the quality of their work

The ladies that came today to clean my house did a pretty incomplete and terrible job. They did not mop half of the hard floors, left several shelves/surfaces un-dusted, did not move or clean behind anything while cleaning the kitchen counters, did not windex the French doors to the office, etc. They didn't even move the door mats when "mopping" the hardwood floors, or even vacuum them. Please do not send them again. Completely dissatisfied.

They are always on time and do a great job! They are also flexible when our schedule requires a change it date on short notice.

Have your cleaners be more consistent. One week they can be great, the next week just average.

I like the products. Our maid was VERY Good, friendly and outgoing.

They have been very flexible for the past 6 weeks, working around contractors in and out of house.
They took time to do a few extra things in the front of the house since they couldn't get to the back of the house.

The team is efficient and my home was left smelling clean and fresh.

We are especially happy with the cleaning job they do in the bathrooms. We have hard water and get a calcium build up. They always seem to get it off and the bathrooms look great.

No floral scent or stuffy smell.

Clean more thoroughly

we really like how nice and clean our carpet looks in every room after they vaccum. we also like that they make our bed nice and neat in the master bedroom.

I come home from work and the house is clean. I don't have to lift a finger. Love it!

The ladies sure do a good job. I got home late, I knew the house was clean, but when I came downstairs the next morning with the light coming in the floors just glowed.

They were thorough and the products used on the carpet smelled good!

Not only does the house look clean, it smells clean.

I believe that limiting the cleaners to 2 hrs is not sufficient time for deep cleaning. Services in other areas offer a per hr fee and do the work prearranged with the evaluator.. I was told Merry Maids did this, but each week the techs say they only work 2 hrs. This leaves deeper cleaning, I.e., polishing lower structures of furniture and wet wiping baseboards to me. I have physical limitations and pay to have the streneous work done for me. The techs are always courteous and friendly but have to work within comoany constraints.

Did a nice job this month and last month. How they got the hard water stains out of my kitchen sink is beyond me. I only wish the same two people would come each month. Not all of them do as good a job, but the last two months have been very good.

The friendliness and thoroughness of the employees was top notch! My house sparkled for the first time in many months. I am glad that I finally gave Merry Maids a call.

The service is great!

You never showed up after the first visit. I was really pleased the first time but, then very disappointed. When I called in to find out what happened and why the girls didn't come I was told it wasn't a big problem and they could try to reschedule. Seriously??? It was a big problem and TRYING to reschedule was not the right answer.
