cleaning products
When the cleanings are thorough, they are good. That's about 75% of the time. Given that the price went up and the cleaning consistency didn't, I really can't recommend Merry Maids to friends.
Better consistency. Although difficult would prefer a constant team.
Everything seems to be okay right now, but have had some breakage on 2 different items this past year. One
has been settled -- the other still waiting to get an estimate on the doorstop that was broken at the front door.
Some dusting gets overlooked
I like that I come home to a clean house! I like that they work around my mess!
They come and get right to work. WE have too many piles of stuff and you clean around them. THANKS for your work.
My last cleaning things were not put back in place, the kitchen cabinets did not appear to be wiped down, the stainless steel appliances were not cleaned and the gas burners were left very dirty.

It's clean without smelling like cleaning products. Cabinets in kitchen looked so much better! Somehow got them spanking clean without dissolving the paintjob. :)

I like the smell after they have cleaned. I like that they do the little extras that I ask. They are efficient and do a good job. I am not sure what is being used on the showers now, but I liked the old product better.
They did a terrific job and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. It looked and smelled fantastic after they were done.

The cleaning is good. The cleansers seem effective. I see some speeding through the dusting and vacuuming and go back over and under some places. The blinds and bathrooms build up. Yet, I like clean and you can't do everything.
I'm thankful for your service.

Get under the furniture.
A little better cleaning of hardwood floors by all the cleaning gals would be helpful.
Some of the service is inconsistent....sometimes they do a great job, and other times they do a decent, but not great job.

If older clients could get a set time of the day each cleaning would be great.
