Our windows could use a good cleaning every time we have the house cleaned. Sometimes we notice the girls have been a little to rough with some of our personal items. Everything else is GREAT!

Dusting the edges of the tables also. I really like your service and the ladies are very accommodating and work with me when I'm not feeling well. The women here last week were very nice.

Lately my cleanings have gotten more and more sloppy, that is, I still find some spots dirty right after a cleaning. Also, the cost is a little too much.

Always smells clean and fresh afterwards, and looks cleaned afterwards as well.

Everything! The girls are always friendly and do a great job!

In order to improve, the Merry Maids management team needs to better teach their teams to deliever a consistent high performing cleaning. While we have had teams come out and do a job that exceeds our expectations, we have found that teams can also be sloppy and do not pay attention to the details that Merry Maids promises and that we, the customer, pay for.

We have had unacceptable cleanings the past 2 visits from Merry Maids. After calling and complaining this past time, a Supervisor was sent out. She apologized and admitted the cleaning was not acceptable. She also noted how many things were consistently not getting done at my house that should have been done - baseboards, appliances, cobwebs, window ledges, etc. She sent a new team out to clean my house and I have to say I haven't have a cleaning that good (by the second team) in months. I realized what I should be paying for, and I will now expect that. It was really sad when a girl on the second team told me that she thought my Master Bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time - bleached shower, washed floors - that is TERRIBLE.

We are going to give Merry Maids another try, and I was told that the Supervisor would be reviewing the work over the next few visits. I want quality and consistent high cleanings to support the amount that I am paying for the services.

Some staff seem to "hurry thru". And are not as thorough as they need to be. Some days the two staff take almost 2hours to do the cleaning and others hurry through in just a little over an hour---cutting corners like not sweeping under the sofa cushions.
