Lately it seems as if there is a rush to get the job done. Sometime lights are left on, rugs not put back, dusting is not complete (either spots missed on a piece or pieces just skipped). Glass tops seem to be dusted, but not cleaned as they still have finger prints on them. This did not used to be the case.

The products clean well and don't leave a harsh chemical smell. The team does a good job of cleaning and leaves the house looking and smelling clean & fresh.

That my apartment is neat and clean when I get home from work, and the Maids go the extra mile if I have forgotten they are comming adn don't have things all picked up.

Not sure yet. Have done excellent job but have only cleaned twice and I find often slack off after first few months.

The girls are always polite and professional. Products they use smell good and clean well.

I like how the floors, in particular always look so clean and the bathrooms look so clean as well...along with noticing the vacumming and fresh smell when I come in...

In our case, our master bathroom floor and walls are never cleaned very well. They've told us they cannot clean the dirt from the floor but there are others areas of the floor, the corners of the room for instance, that look like they have not even tried. And one wall in particular still has dust on it. But in the rest of the house, they do a fairly good job.

The team always does a great job cleaning the house and always leaves behind clean and orderly rooms that are a pleasure to go into afterwards. They are friendly, organized and get the job done efficiently.

I love the rotating special attention rooms that is a part of the cleaning service. I have also had a very special lady, Angie, that has been coming to our house for about 3 years now. She is great.

Cleaning around sinks needs to be done a little better. Details like that are often missed...things get pushed under the bed accidentally, etc.

There is always something that doesn't get done. This week it was the sink in the laundry room.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleaning these ladies have done for our new house. Not only have they kept our house in immaculate shape but they have cared enough to communicate with us throughout the process. They noted that our lime buildup in one of the showers was pretty thick and would take a few cleanings to get it completely dissolved. I wasn't even too concerned about the lime, but this is a great example where just the fact that they cared enough to communicate, built my trust in them. They also spend as much time as it takes to get our house in shape. It didn't matter to them that they had to stay a little longer on the very first cleaning that they did (and trust me, it was quite a job). They were adamant that they would not leave until the house was spotless. I also have enjoyed what a great attitude they portray (because let's face it - it's not an easy job!). I was so impressed that I've already told my friends to call Merry Maids. It isn't expensive and it is truly worth every penny. I don't usually answer requests for a review. But I couldn't help but put out a rave review for this service and the hard working ladies that represent. Merry Maids must be doing something right so keep up the good work!

Reasonably priced and thorough cleaning. My team, Tracy and Kathy, are very nice and do a splendid job. I completely trust them to make my house look its best.

I had the Merry Maids do a deep clean before we moved in to a new apartment. The deep clean was overall wonderful, but they missed the back side of the blinds. Not that big of a deal. The services are more expensive than expected, so that would be a caveat when recommending Merry Maids.

I never have to worry about whether you'll show up and the quality is usually pretty consistent.

I noticed that in the kitchen that some of the appliances were not moved and dirt and even some little food crumbs were still there.

The house smelled and looked very clean. We were very pleased with the service and would like to discuss a monthly cleaning.

After the initial cleaning there was a cobweb hanging from the ceiling to a fake tree and the glass on our kitchen cabinets was not cleaned.
