You have "industrial" strength products that really get things sparkling clean.About services,I like having the same cleaning ladies every time-which is not always the case.Some cleaners are better than others.I`ve had other companies clean my house & they weren`t very good.
No "smelly" cleaners or air fresheners are used.
Everything has disappointed me!
My home always smells si fresh and clean. The carpet feels soft upon walking on it. I like the lines that are vacuumed into my furniture. Amber Rigers is the best. I love when she comes with a crew. If you sent Amber each time that would be great. The crew is always friendly.
Erica and Lindy were focused on their job and treated the house as if it were their own home.
Good value and nice little touches (fluffing pillows, hotel-type bathroom cleaning, bringing UPS/FedEx packages indoors, etc.)
The kitchen counters weren't all wiped down. Also, there is some type of chalky residue being left on the counters in the kitchen.

They did a great job. Our home is cleaner than its ever been after the first visit!
I recently recommended Merry Maids to a colleague and I know that they signed up. Unfortunately, my very next cleaning was poorly done. My home was just cleaned yesterday and the following things were not right:
1. no note was left
2. the living room couch was not vacuumed. The previous teams have done this consistently.
3. they have stopped putting the lovely MM stickers on the toilet paper and paper towel holders. It is not a big deal but I did like that.
4. The toilets did not appear to be cleaned. It looked like they just put cleaner in the toilets and then left it. All of the toilets had cleaner in them but did not appear to have been cleaned. Previously, the cleaner would not have been just been left sitting there.
5. The tub in the master bath did not appear to have been cleaned.
The house looked and smelled WONDERFUL after the ladies finished! I was absolutely thrilled with the job they did. It's such a pleasure to come home to a clean house!
For the first year cleanings were great. They were always consistent. I actually recommended Merry Maids several times. The last two or three cleanings weren't very good. The trash wasn't taken out. The shoes weren't picked up. The bathtub wasn't clean.
Not as thorough as I would like. Don't touch everything in the room. Miss wiping down window sills. Don't clean blinds each visit. Get in to big a hurry to get out. Need to do a walk thru to see what might have been missed. Sweep stairs every time. These are just a few of the things I have noticed. Should not have to ask that kitchen or front door glass need to be cleaned inside and out. My house is picked up and ready to clean. Thanks for taking my needs into consideration. Plan to ask more questions or give more input next time the ladies visit.

the ladies always do a great job & everything smells so fresh when I come back in the apartment.
I like a white glove clean. Overall I have had that. The only improvement would be mirrors and hard floor surface cleaning.

The crew was running late (we has a 11 AM - 1 PM window for their arrival), and we were not notified that they would be late, until we called. Keeping clients informed in this situation seems to me to be Customer Service 101.

There were rooms that the edge of the carpeting did not get vacuumed very well and I had to go back and vacuum along the floor boards. They did a great job over all and did a really good job in the bathrooms and kitchen.
