For some reason, we cannot seem to get the "maids" to clean the bathroom the way we'd like. The floor in some areas remains dirty after they have been here and a few other areas. We have talked to them about it but it doesn't seem to have helped.
Some of the window sills weren't dusted

I had two locations cleaned within a week of each other. Different cleaning team for each one. Although the first team on my townhouse did a good job, a few things were not cleaned as requested and I had to do myself. Specifically, I asked that all cubbards be wiped out, the fridge cleaned and ice thrown away.
The second team that cleaned my apartment (Ashlee & Ashley) did a terrific job. I would reccomend those two ladies to anyone and request them again.

The service team is very reliable, trustworthy and does an excellent and thorough cleaning service. The products used in my home have never damaged any surfaces, left a residue or a strong chemical smell.

Some times when the girls come to clean the house, they are in a rush and miss some things to clean or dust. This is not like with every time, but occasionally this is what happening. I am ending up cleaning after they left.

The cleaning was less than what I expected. They came late and were here(my home) only an hour and a half I was told would be about 3 hour for the $200. As I see it I paid over a hundred dollars a hour for less then a good job. Certain things were done well others not.

The products are not harsh but environmentaly friendly. I also like the flexability of the schedules. We LOVE MISS KIM!! Does a fantastic job and trains others to do the same. Office is always polite when called. We feel we have gained a friend, not a company. Yes, I would recommend Merry Maids to my friends and family.
