Home always looks and smells clean. TJ is the best ever.
Gail! Gail! Gail! She does an amazing job whom ever she is working with and makes my floors look Great. She even put items back in place after cleaning up pine needles from the Christmas tree.
Thank you for asking. Over the course of service I have received there have been some issues. Dirty rags have been left in my kitchen sink. Jackets and cigarettes that don't belong to us have been left laying on my kitchen table. Area rugs don't get moved to be swept under. The other thing is the shower stalls just seemed to get "wiped down". We have very hard water and our shower stalls tend to yellow a little bit. It's getting worse because they are not getting "cleaned". We are not eco friendly people. I don't want just vinegar and water use on my floor tiles. I once left out several brand new cleaning supplies with a note asking them to be used and none of them were touched. It's not that they do a horrible job. It just seems like they jus wipe things down and rush to get out of there. When I come home I would like to really be able to tell there was some actual cleaning done but that isn't the case.

Amber & India did an outstanding job at my home last week.They even made flowers out of my tissue boxes!!!I also like Brenda & Cheri.
I like the commercial- grade products you have, although they didn`t work on a spot on the kitchen counter 2x.
I don`t like it that I can`t have requested teams a month in advance sometimes.
FIrst time cleaning done--smelled great walking in the door. Everything cleaned to our satisfaction.

Sometimes things get missed, not very thorough. For ex. Leaving the bottom sheet on the bed, putting another sheet on top of the flannel sheet.
Looked for 1 and half months to find the lost sheet... It was on the bed.

The girls spent only an hour cleaning. I found items that had not been cleaned, just stuff moved around. Banister not dusted. One bathroom toilet not cleaned. Floor in bathroom not clean. Dusty, with corners not cleaned.Trashcan in living room not emptied. I had everything picked up from floor and they didn't have to clean around piles of stuff.Some areas on bedroom dressers not dusted. Other things not mentioned. Forgot to clean floor in kitchen pantry last week and failed to empty 2 trashcans. Im going to call Sylvia tomorrow. Please send someone to clean for us. Thank you.

I do not have a lot of experience with cleaning services so it's hard to say would could be improved. Our ladies, Jami & Danielle, seem to do a very good job.
Their help allows me to come home to a clean house.
I've already filled out one of these requests so to do so again would just be repeating myself.
I like not having to do the cleaning.
Service provided just as promised. Personable workers!
Since the maids change up periodically, sometimes my particular preferences aren't passed on. Maybe keep notes on each customer for new cleaning teams to see.

We love the special attention Sarah and Aloyna pay to our home. Our children love them! They do such a great job in our daughter's room, she can't wait for "cleaning lady day" because they always set up a surprise for her with her toys! We can't recommend Sarah and Aloyna enough!

Sometimes the quality of cleaning is not thorough. I have pointed out the walkway between our family room and kitchen needs to be mopped several times and yet is always overlooked.
