Sometimes the quality of cleaning is not thorough. I have pointed out the walkway between our family room and kitchen needs to be mopped several times and yet is always overlooked.
Very reliable and always do a great job.
Nothing in my house was dusted. This is the third time (2nd complaint).
The fridge looks incredible, bathtubs look so much better and all the little details were given attention.
So clean! It is a relief to come home to a clean home and not have to worry.

I really like having the Merry Maids ladies clean my home. They do a great job, and I can enjoy having a clean house. I like Sheri and Erica, in particular. They are efficient and thorough.

Just a quick note....Sarah checked in on a room today that she normally does not clean, but adviuses if it does need cleaning. While checking she found a small leak which created water coming onto our basement floor. Just wanted you to know she always looks out for us when she cleans. Thank you, Name removed

Some staff really rush through the cleaning and do not dust thoroughly or run the vacum across the rugs so quickly that not all lint, etc. Is picked up---this is especially true in my master bath.
More consistent cleanings. I feel like some teams are much better than others.

My regular team is fantastic. Subs are very good also.
Like the fresh smell when the ladies are finished. Appreciate having the same people clean as often as possible.
I mainly like your personnel. Products are products, but the job done and the trust I have leaving people alone in my house is paramount.
I like that the same team leader is there every cleaning. Amber has a quite authority that gets things done without a lot of discussion.
I can leave for the day and come home to a nice clean house.
The issues that we have been experiencing with Merry Maids is the consistency of teams. We'll have 1 or 2 very good cleanings and then 1 or 2 that do not meet expectations - tables are not cleaned, floors are not cleaned - it is VERY disappointing. We want to expect a great cleaning each time. Some teams are not doing their jobs.
I wish I had the same team each week. I constantly have to put signs in my recycling so they don't think it's trash. We are constantly moving things back in their place after cleanings. These things would be solved if we had the same team each week. Once a gal named TJ cleaned and she was so awesome. She mentioned hard to remove stuff in one of the showers. She said she would note in the file so the next week's crew would bring something to scrub it out. Nobody in all these years has mentioned it. We've had Merry Maids clean since we built the house brand new. I noted on the card that I'd like her back and asked that she be my regular team. I got no response.
Any time a room is skipped because I'm in it or I ask them not to clean it, I still get charged for it..every time, unless I call and get it deducted. A couple times the "special attention" room (that they right on the card) was a room that wasn't even cleaned or it was vacuumed but I said skip the rest because it was my office and I was working in it. So I'm not sure the special attention thing means a whole lot.
One more thing I can think of...several times the beds are barely made. I have a throw on mine, and it was under the comforter. Whoever cleaned Last name removed straightened the comforter over the bunched up throw blanket. Didn't even bother with the decorative pillows either. No joke- it's happened a few times. Would be funny if I wasn't paying for it!
That said, the gals are usually very friendly and kind and I do enjoy getting to know them. A few are really sweet. Once again, it would be really great to have the same team each week.
So I'd say overall the service is above average.

After 2 cleanings, I still had to take a day and clean what I had paid $310.00 for your company to clean. Not just the inside of drawers, cabnits ect, but the outside wasn't even clean. There was still crust on the microwave door, and soap scum in the shower. Not to mention a broken blind.
I like the friendliness and efficiency of the cleaners.
Being able to switch days or times if necessary. The professional but friendly attitude of the majority of the staff. Being on time.
The 3 ladies I had on April 22 were very good.
The quality of your cleaning service varies from month-to-month. The "dust bunnies" left on the tile floors is one noticeable concern. Also, sometimes the showers and tubs are sparkling clean, sometimes I'm not sure they got cleaned. There used to be a wonderful cinnamon, clean smell after the girls were here; do you still use that cleaner? I miss it!
I appreciate the work the girls do; it would be great if they really paid attention to the details every time, though.
