Very professional and thorough. When they made a mistake that marked my carpet, they left me a note of explanation.

They do a good job

Each time you come they leave at least one or two areas half done or not done. They only clean in the middle of the floor. Won't lift a piece of paper to dust. Half clean or no clean has been my experience. The only reason I haven't changed companies is because I haven't had time to look for one. I figure a little help is better than no help and I have 8000 square feet.

The ladies are friendly and cleaning is good. The products seem to be safe for my appliances, fixtures and floors. However, there was a figurine broken last month and this last visit resulted in a fire alarm being sent because the alarm wasn't armed correctly.

I like that they are reliable, my house is clean, it smells wonderful and it is fast.

After cleanings we find a few nicks (black marks) on the walls.

Paid same price as usual but they didn't do as good of a job this time as they usually do. And, was informed their prices would be increasing.

Lately, only one in three cleaning is thorough. The others cleanings miss some pretty big things, like a whole rug doesn't get vacuumed, the trash doesn't get collected, cobwebs build up. Then I clean what was missed.

Employees have been very cooperative when given suggestions. They are always friendly.

The service has seemed to decline over the last few months. Not having a dedicated team coming to the home is a problem. I had Sherry come do an inspection while the crew was here last Friday (8/14). I explained the issues we were seeing. Sherry was going to see about getting us a dedicated team and perhaps change the day from Friday.

The gals that clean our office are really friendly and do a great job. We couldn't be more pleased with the service they provide. I can always tell when they've been here because our office is so clean and smells fantastic!!!!!!!
