I think Merry Maids do a good job, but maybe could pay more attention to detail. I have noticed that my wood floor still has spots on it after they have left. It's not just one particular person, but all of them. Also oblivious spots on refrigator handle are not wiped off. Sometimes I think maybe they hurry to get to the next house. I do like Merey Maids flexibility and are able to clean on a short notice.

By having Sara and Aylona every time, they know how I like things done. They really seem to care, and they go that extra mile.

Your customer service and office staff are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning service that cleans my home (Misty and Trish) are very friendly, professional, thorough and always does an excellent job.

The ladies who came to my home were great. They did a fantastic job of cleaning my home and were friendly. I liked the spot cleaning they did to the rugs and furniture. I liked everything abou the cleaning that was done.

My team, Sara and Alyona, are the best. They always go the extra mile without being asked. My spouse has been battling cancer and I just had shoulder surgery. It has really been tough, my MM team has made our lives so much easier by taking care of the things we cannot. What a blessing. We love our team and Merry Maids!

Clean my hutch by removing dishes. I will put them back or help remove them. The ladies do a good job and we like Misty and Trish. As a retired teacher, I sometimes am a rough grader.

I think that you do a good most of the time. Some of the people that come to the house are in to much of a hurry to leave. As I know you can't plan the house in 15 minutes or 30 it will take at least an hour when you have a dog and 24 hr nursing care. On the most part the ladies do a great job.

Some times I need to remind . Previously I had once a month. Now I have a twice a month. After changing into biweekly , I see they miss some places .

Merry Maids does a great job in training their associates and they usually do a thorough job of cleaning. If something is missed, they offer to come out and take care of the issue! And, they hand dust as opposed to feather dusters! My house looks great when they leave!
