The ladies are very nice when you see them and they are consistently good at their job.

I think that you do a good most of the time. Some of the people that come to the house are in to much of a hurry to leave. As I know you can't plan the house in 15 minutes or 30 it will take at least an hour when you have a dog and 24 hr nursing care. On the most part the ladies do a great job.

Some times I need to remind . Previously I had once a month. Now I have a twice a month. After changing into biweekly , I see they miss some places .

Merry Maids does a great job in training their associates and they usually do a thorough job of cleaning. If something is missed, they offer to come out and take care of the issue! And, they hand dust as opposed to feather dusters! My house looks great when they leave!

I was impressed with the job the maids did overall, however, I was disappointed that they did not bring Drano to unclog my tub. I received a phone call telling me that my tub was too clogged to be cleaned properly, so I asked the person on the phone if the maids could use Drano to unclog it. She said that the maids did not carry Drano and were not trained to use it. Since clogged tubs are a regular issue related to cleaning, I believe that your staff should carry Drano and be trained on how to use it.

Consistent with quality. Some times the effort seems much better than others.

Merry Maids does a great job and other then charging a little less. I would not recommend doing anything different?

I was happy to have someone do some of the "heavy duty" cleaning in my home! The other things like dusting were just an added bonus! The maids did a great job!

I like having Kathy and Tracy on a regular basis. They know what to do and they are "good friends" with my dog. The two girls who came last time were very good, but I prefer having Tracy and Kathy (and I understand Tracy was on vacation.

I like that you're a commercial company, rather than a private person. I feel safer about remedy if something should happen. I LOVE that you change bed sheets. I like that people work in pairs, and I appreciate the electronic communication.

I have received the very best service. Each team has been excellent. Everything is done to my satisfaction and in most cases has far exceeded it. I like the products they use and my place smells so good afterwards. When I need to change my time, there is no hesitation to get me what I need. This flexibility is one of the main reasons I came to you instead of a one person operation. I also like the two team system because the work is done in less than two hours versus a half plus day. The people who come in to do the cleaning are so efficient, comfortable to be around. If I had a problem, there is no question that it would be addressed immediately by the office.

I have only had 2 cleanings so far. The first time some blinds were missed in the dusting. The second time a toilet was not cleaned.

I would encourage being more detailed in the cleaning. Verifying that everything was cleaned before leaving.

That I don't have to! :-)

1. Verify that associates' equipment and supplies are complete and that equipment works before start of work. Very frustrating for everyone to have a vacuum cleaner break down mid-job.
2. Set standards and expectations with customers and review them annually. We rarely get the same set of associates twice in a row, and each seems to have her own ideas about what she is supposed to do. Conversely, what your folks call "deep clean" (mop the kitchen floor or wipe down the window sills) is what some customers expect every week. It would be good to review those expectations regularly.
3. Clean under pieces of furniture, not just between them, at least when you do "deep clean".
4. Spend the time to do the job. I have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and rarely does a team of 2 associates spend more than 45 minutes in the house, and frequently it's more like 30 minutes.

Having said that, your associates are usually friendly, diligent, and professional. I work from home, so am there when they arrive, and almost never hear anyone making personal calls or the like while they are here. I have no quibbles with the associates.

I think the women are friendly and always try to do their best. The last woman (I think her name was Amy) was wonderful. She was all alone, and she did a super job. She also took time to tell me about the extra services available, something no one else has done in all the years that I have been using Merry Maids.

My only complaint is that just when I get a team that gets use to my house, they disappear and someone new takes their place.

The teams are quick, efficient, friendly and thorough. Always willing to accommodate a request.

I would suggest more consistent cleaning by the different employees who visit my home.

Lower prices

Be more flexible. If I don't need a couple of rooms cleaned, and I would prefer you do a different room not usually included, I think you should do that without charging me.
