Misty and Trish are the 2 ladies who clean our house. They are fabulous. They are courteous, have a sense of humor, and do a great job. We want to keep those 2 ladies as our home specialist.

I have never had my house cleaned by professional cleaners but decided it was about time to experience what it feels like. Merry Maids did an incredible job We have a dog so our house is always a challenge for cleaners. Kathy and Tracy did a great job with every aspect of the house. they made it sparkle from floor to ceiling, including the fridge, freezer, cabinets, even the oven. Also, they were able to fit us in their schedule in a week. I would highly recommend Merry Maids.

It might be beneficial to have a supervisor randomly inspect a residence after cleaning----or before a team leaves the premises. Sometimes the cleaning appears to be rushed

Some maids are excellent, but most are poor. I want the same pair every time I have my house cleaned.

Gale needs to retire. She was very good 10 years ago, but only does easy stuff now like folding toilet paper & paper towels. She is not capable of deep cleaning- I don`t want her anymore- my toilets are still dirty as is the tile in MBa.

They seem to get things cleaner than I can.

The stainless steel appliances always look great.

Cleaning service is too rushed. I never really know what was cleaned because some areas are still untouched and dusty.

The cleaners are always prompt and courteous and do a great job. If I have a special request they are always very helpful.

I like that I don't have to clean bathrooms and kitchen and don't dust, vacuum each week.

I haven't used them long enough to form much of an opinion. However, so far, my house seems clean.

I love how my house looks and smells when I return home from work. When I see the ladies, each of them is always kind and so polite.

I called Merry Maids at last minute when Molly Maids cancelled at last minute. I was so happy that they were able to accommodate me at last minutes. The two women who came over did a great job as well. You will get my repeat business.

They are non invasive

I have been getting a different team with each cleaning. Lately, whenever I have have an exceptional team, and ask for them again, they disappear. This past Thursday the team forgot their mop. Actually they forgot the mop head. They told me it is too much trouble to ask for supplies at headquarters. One poor woman had to wash the floors on her knees. (We are talking three floors of wood and tile floors.) The lady who forgot the mop head cleaned for me once before. She forgot the mop that time, too.
Last month I asked for an " inspector" to check the work. (I have not had someone out for at least a year). I am still waiting.
Not so long ago I was delighted with the cleanings. Not so much any more. Bookcase are not dusted. Neither are table tops. It is very disappointing.

Their reliability.

It saves me so much time and I like knowing that my house will be cleaned on a regular basis.

The trash cans do not always all get emptied - not a huge deal. And I feel that the master shower does not get the scrub down it should each time.

I am disappointed in the level of cleaning and the attention to detail:
The ceiling fan was not cleaned in the living room (please clarify if this is not included in the cleaning). I have a wine cabinet in the kitchen that was not dusted/cleaned. The mirror in the first floor 1/2 bath still has cobwebs on it. The framed picture in the master bath was not dusted/cleaned. However, the item that bothers me the most is that my soaker tube has shoe foot prints in it (and they were not there prior to the cleaning)! I think I could have overlooked some of the other items, but having dirty shoe foot prints in my tube makes me question how clean the rest of the house is. I really need a service that I can trust and I am not sure this is the one.

I will say both ladies were very nice and pleasant when I came home early.

I like that I feel I can trust the maids to be there when I am not. I like that they clean the floors, dust, and do the deep cleaning that I don't get a chance to get to. With two small children, I keep busy just taking care of dishes, laundry, and general tidying up. I don't often get the chance to do deep cleaning. I like that the deep cleaning gets done while we are gone. It's so nice to come home to a clean house and to know that our house gets cleaned at least periodically (I do what I can do, but I know at least monthly my house will be cleaned!) :)

Alyona was great. She did an excellent job even though she was by herself.
