The consistent great job!

They are non invasive

I have been getting a different team with each cleaning. Lately, whenever I have have an exceptional team, and ask for them again, they disappear. This past Thursday the team forgot their mop. Actually they forgot the mop head. They told me it is too much trouble to ask for supplies at headquarters. One poor woman had to wash the floors on her knees. (We are talking three floors of wood and tile floors.) The lady who forgot the mop head cleaned for me once before. She forgot the mop that time, too.
Last month I asked for an " inspector" to check the work. (I have not had someone out for at least a year). I am still waiting.
Not so long ago I was delighted with the cleanings. Not so much any more. Bookcase are not dusted. Neither are table tops. It is very disappointing.

It saves me so much time and I like knowing that my house will be cleaned on a regular basis.

The trash cans do not always all get emptied - not a huge deal. And I feel that the master shower does not get the scrub down it should each time.

I am disappointed in the level of cleaning and the attention to detail:
The ceiling fan was not cleaned in the living room (please clarify if this is not included in the cleaning). I have a wine cabinet in the kitchen that was not dusted/cleaned. The mirror in the first floor 1/2 bath still has cobwebs on it. The framed picture in the master bath was not dusted/cleaned. However, the item that bothers me the most is that my soaker tube has shoe foot prints in it (and they were not there prior to the cleaning)! I think I could have overlooked some of the other items, but having dirty shoe foot prints in my tube makes me question how clean the rest of the house is. I really need a service that I can trust and I am not sure this is the one.

I will say both ladies were very nice and pleasant when I came home early.

I like that I feel I can trust the maids to be there when I am not. I like that they clean the floors, dust, and do the deep cleaning that I don't get a chance to get to. With two small children, I keep busy just taking care of dishes, laundry, and general tidying up. I don't often get the chance to do deep cleaning. I like that the deep cleaning gets done while we are gone. It's so nice to come home to a clean house and to know that our house gets cleaned at least periodically (I do what I can do, but I know at least monthly my house will be cleaned!) :)

Cleaning job was OK but not as good as I had hoped for. Some things like the staircase were incomplete.

Hi - on my previous appointment, (November 23), I did not receive the amount of attention and time to my house that I have previously received and that I would expect for the amount I paid. I only had one person cleaning my townhouse (with many stairs) - and she was done in less than an hour and ten minutes. It typically has taken two people from Merry Maids almost twice as long to clean my place. Cetain parts, such as dusting, wiping countertops and the bathtub were missed and the same attention was not paid to all the areas that I am expect. I like the consistent schedule and that the same staff provide the service. This ensures they understand our cleaning needs and we appreciate trusting our home to them.

Have been a client for many years. The crew cleaning on Dec 14th was the worse ever. Did not even empty the waste baskets. Were here about 45 minutes. Very poor job for $143.00

It seems that you clean the center of the room. I would like for you to seek the cobwebs that accumulate in the corners. Remove throw rugs and mop. Wipe and clean doors.

Overall, I have been pleased with the results of the various cleanings and crews I have had. The products used seem to be effective.

We've only had one cleaning. It went well. If that keeps up I will be more likely to recommend you.
