Dependable and thorough.

Rooms get skipped over almost every cleaning. Two cleanings in a row are never consistent

After my last cleaning, there were still cobwebs in some corners and the counters/stovetop were not entirely clean of dust/crumbs. I was rather disappointed by this, since dusting and sweeping in particular is what I am looking for with Merry Maids.

I was most pleased after my first cleaning--shocked, really. It was the best money I've ever spent. But I've had two subsequent ones that haven't left me with the same level of awe and wonder :) . The first was fine, and the second I described above.

Team is very reliable and professional. We always know our home will look great after Merry Maids have visited. They are very respectful of our home including our little dog.

I like Brenda & Cheri and one other pair. They`re excellent. The pair I had last month were horrible. I can`t understand why I can`t have the same pair of my choosing every month???

Home is really cleaned well. We like the same Merry Maids cleaning our condo. Products used clean well. Odor free. Requests are completed

The consistency and relief of coming he to a nice clean house.

Friendly, on time (they always call 30 minutes before arrival), they do a good job, ask questions about any special needs.

Having a different staff each time is not ideal. Jessica and Jessica did the best cleaning. I also need to know what approximate time the staff will arrive. My lower level was not cleaned at either time. I will send a note about it but I thought I had arranged to have each level swept.

Heather was very thorough even though she was alone. I also like the smell when you leave. The only critique is, we have white interior doors and they get dirty around the door knobs. They never seem to get wiped down.

The last cleaning on 09/18 was completed in 45 minutes. After the crew left I found that the bathrooms were not cleaned to my liking, dusting was not complete and the floors were not mopped to satisfaction.

I was under the impression that the same team of ladies would be coming each time. The second visit had a different team. Just want to keep things consistent for my pets and ease of thoroughly cleaning. Many trash cans were missed by both groups. Second one understandably since they were not informed. Both the first and second cleanings they got the floor of the master shower, but not the walls. I have already called and spoken with someone about this. I will be leaving a note next week about the number of trash cans and where they should be emptied.

Judith and Nicholl did an outstanding job cleaning our condo...they also went above and vbeyond taking "Oscar" out to use the restroom.

The Merry Maids who came to our home on Sept. 18 did a phenomenal job - probably the beat cleaning we've ever had.

Tracy and Kathy always do a wonderful job. I stay with Merry Maids because of their good work.

The people are always very personable and do a good job.
The products leave everything smelling fresh and clean.

They make everything shiny in the kitchen and bathroom. The air freshener smells really good not over powering. When they vacuum it smells clean and good not like dirty carpet.

I think they did did a very thorough and excellent job and cleaning my fathers house

So far, everyone that has come to clean in my home has been very nice and professional. It's so nice to have the house thoroughly cleaned once a month!

i dont want to get anyone is trouble...but as a whole...i've thought about this each time. they seems to work too fast and miss things in almost every room. i have a 4 bedroom house, 3 1/2 baths. normally i just have them do the upstairs only. that would be three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. last weeks, i told them just to do 2 of the bedrooms and 2 1/l2 baths.plus the kitchen, living room and dining room.!!!they were here and GONE in one hour. i'm going to try one more week. then i will see.
