My banisters were not wiped down. The master shower needed a little more work. They did not wipe down the washer, dryer or deep freezer in the laundry room. The stove top in the kitchen was not cleaned.
I have stove top cleaner that they could've used, and I specifically pointed out to clean the banisters with a rag wet with water. That would have gotten the grime off with no problem. I had to do it myself when I returned home.

The team I usually have, Tracy and Kathy are efficient and thorough and always make my home look fresh and make me love it again.

We love Sara and Aloyna! They always go above and beyond to make the house sparkle. We don't particularly care for the Merry Maids all in one products, so we provide our own. We love the consistency and the flexibility. As a family with two small children, we appreciate being able to reschedule if needed due to a sick kid!

Most of the house looked great. There were a couple of areas that were not touched at all, like the edges of the refrigerator door, the kitchen back splash, the master bathroom had soap scum, and the pantry wasn't cleaned. I have cleaned these myself and will not need someone to come out.
The service provided by Misty and Trish is outstanding. They are exceptional in their attitude towards the job and their performance of it. I have requested their services on a permanent basis. The products they use do the work without offensive odors or after effects.

Sarah & Alyona are awesome. When I moved and the salesperson came out to quote our home I was disappointed that it is more expensive for our smaller home than what we paid in Fishers. I was not pleased that we had to pay a one time initial fee. Last but not least, I was assured that Sarah and Alyona would be our team and they were not the team that came out for our first cleaning in our new home.
Consistently we can count on Merry Maids to leave our house fresh and clean. We love that we can trust them to respect our home and do a nice job even when we are not there. It's a joy coming home to such a clean space. Thank you.
Merry Maids { Judy & Jenni } always does a great job cleaning my home.They have commercial-grade products. I would like them or one other pair to always clean my home. They are efficient & quick.
Just had house cleaned today. Stairs were not swept. I can still see fingerprints and dirt on glass tables. Wood floor was swept but doesn't look like it was cleaned as there are still dirt marks that I can see from before cleaning. Very disappointed.
