The floors were not as well cleaned as I would have liked.
Slow down a little, get cobwebs from corners and furniture legs, pilling from carpets. I usually re-vacuum spots that get missed.

Always do a good job!
Not all surfaces where dusted, rugs where not picked up and moped under. We where charged a extra $100.00 because this was the first time, supposedly to get the house to merry maids standards. If this is the standard of work, that you do, I.E. not all areas dusted not all area vacuumed we feel we should have our extra $100.00 returned to us. We where not pleased at all. And two people on there hands and knees to mop the kitchen did not impress us at all. They did not get the corners or remove the padded mats from the floor prior to moping in the kitchen. Once again we want our extra $100.00 back. You did not do a very good job. Does hit and miss sound familiar? We have one more cleaning already scheduled. We are considering canceling that, VERY DISSAPOINTED, and to pay a extra $100.00. Your cleaning standards where far below what we expected. Return our $100.00 please you did not do the service you stated you would do.
I LOVE not having to do it myself! A great perk is going out to dinner because I don't want a mess in the kitchen!
I love the team, Tracy and Kathy that clean my home. They are cheerful, friendly and do a wonderful job making my home look great. They are thorough and efficient. I am very happy with Merry Maids. They are careful with my belongings. I have no complaints. I have recommended Merry Maids to anyone I hear is looking for a cleaning service. After Tracy and Kathy have been here I feel a weight has been lifted and so happy in knowing that my home is neat and clean.

If I'm not in the office when they come to clean, I can always tell they've been here cause our office smells wonderful. As soon as I open the door.........I can tell Merry Maids have been on site!

Misty and Jennifer were hard working and cleaned my house very well. I liked that they were flexible enough to use my own preferred products when asked to do so.

I appreciate the detail and reliability so far. I also prefer the payment method of autopayment versus exchanging cash or leaving a check. I have had an unreliable cleaning lady for 2 years and its hard to find people that clean the floors by hand!

My husband and I both work at home and Tracy and Kathy are flexible in working around us while still doing a great job cleaning our house.

Parts of my binds were down and not returned. Without a ladder I can't put them back. The baseboards were still dirty at a couple of places. There were also areas that did not get dusted. For the money I expected the condo to be more clean. Overall they did a good job and were pleasant. And if this were a basic cleaning, this would have been great. But it was too expensive for what I got.
The quality of Trish and Misty as they provide attention to our home. We request them all the time. Thanks for a job well done.

The last person who was here....Amber??......was very good. I told her I was going to call and I forgot. She was by herself and she really moved fast. Did an excellent job. Love the cinnamon spray. Wish you would sell it. I am very happy with the service.
