I love my gals -- they do a great job, and I trust them completely in my home.

There are pros and cons. I like the fact that I can easily adjust the time/day they clean. Generally, it's pretty consistent cleaning, but there are still things they miss each time even though there is supposed to be a list they go off of. I've noticed a significant difference in quality across the different cleaners.

The house always smells and looks great.

make the beds............the women who used to clean our house always made the beds nicely, but recently the people cleaning have not been making the beds.

Seldom is high dusting performed. Price point is to high for the service provided. After merry maids clean Either the house smells like cinnamon or it doesn't smell like it has been cleaned. I like the smell of a clean house (i.e. Pinesol or spic-n-span). Several times trash was not emptied or was left next to the garbage bin (Not in the garbage bin - very anoying).

My condo is always clean and has no "perfume" odor. Sherry and Brenda do an outstanding job. They are very professional and if asked they will complete any additional request with excellence. They are great and rely on them.

House always looks nice after MM has been here and they are willing to use products( Bona ) I request. MM has willingly rescheduled my cleaning appointment when I have requested. The ladies that come here to clean are almost always very friendly. First name removed

we like the service you provide. One thing is your dependability and friendliness. Misty and Trish are doing a very good job -- especially on our bathroom floor now as they were having a problem with it for a while. They are now using a new product and it seems to be working fine as the floor is now sparkling clean. Hooray! Our praise to Misty and Trish! Martha Martin

I like the flexibility in the scheduling. I like it when special requests are asked you follow through. i really like it how you clean the hardwoods. This cleaning was the best I have had! :)
