We just feel that more attention could be paid to certain areas. The main reason we hired Merry Maids was for our bathrooms and kitchen. While I believe cleaner is put in our toilets, it does not appear that a lot of scrubbing gets done inside the toilet or the shower. I've often had to take a toilet brush to the toilets myself to get the area under the rim. There have been times when the note tells us that they focused on our hallways but we don't have hallways in our house and if we did I would prefer that other areas are focused on. With two small children, clean bathrooms, kitchen, and floors are a much higher priority. We appreciate all the hard work your workers do put in but these are things my husband and I talk about after a cleaning and when making a decision whether it's worth it or not to continue.
Easy and they did a great job. Saves me tons of time! Reasonably priced too.

My bathtub shower wall looked great, I liked that all the beds where neatly made, and some areas in the house that things where a little messy and not organized where cleaned up and looked nice.
Quality, consistency
The service is very reliable, and they consistently do a good job of cleaning my home. I have the trust to have them come in when I'm at work and it's always so nice to come home to a beautiful sparkling clean home.
The cleaning most of the time is subpar and even though I asked not to spray the cinnamon spray it still cinnamon gets sprayed. The cost of the cleaning does not reflect the quality I was expecting.
I mentioned cleaning the blinds and the ladies did not seem to know they should do that. They also did not seem to know about the issue with the master bath shower that I had e mailed about a few days earlier.
Pet-friendly products. And I appreciate the cre taken around our pets.
I paid $225 for a thorough cleaning and was very disappointed. Many things were not cleaned and my carpet was damaged. I would like my money back or a free cleaning

The ladies are very professional and friendly. They consistently do a good job. Don't know what products they use.

Double check your work to make sure you got everything. Switch out to clean rags frequently so surfaces don't get smeared. Be sure your products are appropriate to the surfaces being cleaned.
Missed a lot of things this time floor was sticky.window sill, trash behind night stand...etc
2 cleanings in a row and my shower wasn't cleaned. Our quote also was supposed to cover our stairs going to the basement but they are never vacuumed. Also, when we originally signed up we said that we had the $100 off our first 5 cleanings and never received that.
I've noticed that your workers are very different in their strengths, and so certainly couldn't promise a new customer how good a job they would do.
They are very professional and easily adapt to our schedule.
They seem to do a great job and smell wonderful.
