When service started we got for the most part the same two people. Now it seems every visit is different people. Having a somewhat consistent crew come is by far the best. Understand there is turnover, time off, etc., but the frequency of different people is too high.
Services are amazing and very detailed. They are always cautious with the furniture, carpets and couches.
When I come home in the evening the house smells clean and furniture and rooms are clean as a whistle.

There was miscommunication from estimator to those doing the actual cleaning which would have resulted in me paying more money if I hadn't caught it.

There were some missed areas on the initial clean which was dissappointing. The ladies were super nice however!

On time, always do a good job.
Products are great....very pleased with the bathrooms and floors. Would like more attention to the walls, floor boards and window blinds. All of my walls are still pretty dirty. Mainly the front room and kitchen areas. The ladies were very nice. I hope to keep the same two to build rapport.
House looked great! Ladies were super friendly and even our pets liked them. So happy to have a clean house in the midst of our busy lives.

They come in and are friendly and very efficient
The girls are pleasant, and it is wonderful having a clean home. I like the spray mist that is used frequently. I often request a vacuuming of the furniture, which allows the dust not to settle as was was previously the case. Sometimes the ladies help me change the sheets and make the bed, (which is easier than doing alone). Having a cleaning service on their way is more than an incentive to pick up and organize.
The service is always very good. They are in, do the work and out. If an independent cleaner is used, it would take much longer. I have never had a bad clean. Do miss the cinnamon spray but keep forgetting to ask for it.
