What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I like the politeness of the maids and how thorough they perform their work. They always ask if there is anything more they can do for me. I am totally satisfied with their work.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There is little attention to detail. Baseboards are never cleaned, staircase hasn't been cleaned the past two cleanings, sometimes cabinets are left uncleaned and shower tile & grout is still dirty after cleanings. Becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the thoroughness though the girls are very pleasant and courteous.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

The crews never use a mop! They grasiously respond to any special request. Most all employees are very personable and fun to have in my home.
