Merry Maids has done a great job. Everything has been cleaned as promised. Items aren't moved out of place. The office staff is also incredibly helpful and responsive. Most importantly-- they worked miracles on my toilet and removed the "permanent" black ring-- not sure how they did it- but it worked and I love it!
I like the reliability, however, I wish they "moved" things more to really clean...I understand why they don't, but a good cleaning sometimes requires that :)
Trish & Misty are very congenial & friendly. They do an EXCELLENT job. Merry Maids is a very reputable business.

Not sure where to start. They had to come out more than one time to clean. Broken shower rack which has never been replaced.
I like my Merry Maid, Tracy. I don't really know her new partner yet. I like that I can reschedule if needed and that having the same team they know my house and the routine. I am not really familiar with the products so cannot comment on that except that everything seems very clean and there is not a heavy scent. My team is efficient and thorough.
I like your people. We typically have the same two gals but everyone we've had has been fantastic!
Flexibility
The trash isn't emptied from bathrooms and the time arrival window is too loose
Sara and Alyona seem to take pride in cleaning my home. They are professional and thorough, but still willing to take suggestions from me.
I have found lately that thorough dusting is lacking. Since I only have cleaning done monthly, I think everything needs dusted well. What gets missed is chair rail mouldings, baseboards and lampshades. Also glass-topped tables need more than dusted, they need Windex'd.
Flexibility of scheduling. Clean smelling house. Friendliness of workers.
I reported issues with my cleaning last week and the local office wasn't helpful. We had to end up cleaning 2 of the rooms and I was still charged full price
