Some cleanings have been better than others, but I don't think it's been consistent. I don't think they've washed the windows one time, aren't they supposed to do that? The stove top is often forgotten. The women who come clean are nice. However one time one woman was on her phone quite a bit, which made more work for the other woman. The time frame of arrival is never clear, one time they came at the end of the 2 hour window, another time they came 15 minutes earlier than the window.

Amy M. does a great job cleaning my house. She is detail oriented and cleans like I do. I'd be happy if she came to my house all the time!

Great service. Quick, efficient,thorough, unobtrusive. Cleaning products do not scratch or leave a funny smell.

I prefer a "clean" smell. The cinnamon smell doesn't last very long. Other than that good job!

many cleanings were done with inexperienced cleaners. I have shed tears over the nightmares I have had with your service. I've had the supervisor over many times. I shouldn't have to get this upset over a darn cleaning!

I love coming home to a clean house. I especially appreciate the thank you cards from the cleaners - it's nice to know who is in your home when you are away. And I like when I have the same team regularly, just makes me feel better.

I have repeatedly complained about the same issues, and they are never addressed.
I have asked you for consistency in cleaning people so they have some familiarity with my home. You indicate that you will do so, but then fail to follow through.

I like how reliable Merry Maids is and how I completely trust them to be in my home when I am not there. I also appreciate the service I receive when I call to reschedule a cleaning. Everyone is so polite.

We have had service twice. Both times the cleaning was inconsistent--great in some rooms, hardly done/not done at all in others. The staff has been very responsive in hearing concerns but the service has not improved. We are trying one last time before moving on.

My favorite part is how well the vacuuming is!!!

I would suggest that if the tenants have dirty kitchenware in the sink, that you can potentially wash them.

I would also suggest that maybe for apartments you can take the trash to the trash shooters or the designated trash locations when you finish.

Did excellent job; house felt clean and smelled good. All the maids were very friendly, courteous and understanding of the stress we had due to serious health problems. Very pleased with work but had to stop services due to financial problems due to hospital and doctor bills; depending on grandchildren to help out. Thank you so much for your help.

Take time to note where things are placed and return them to the same place. I usually have to spend some time putting everything on my counter, tables, and dressers back in their place. Also, I'd like cleaners to vacuum under the cushions on my couch.
