Sarah was very thorough in her cleaning yesterday. I like the fact the Merry Maids concentrates on an extra deep clean on two different rooms every cleaning.
Staff is timely each week and they are very courteous.
Make sure that my special instructions are checked and followed. My shower tile requires a special cleaner which is on the side of my tub and is not always used when my place is cleaned.
I was very happy with our service.

Consistency is the key, but i know it is difficult to achieve in this industry due to attrition. I am a stickler on my hard wood floors being cleaned well and sometimes depending on who comes, the variations of care and cleanliness is starkly different. I know Shawna is gone, but she was thee BEST!

Simple trash like candy wrapper not thrown away. Other cleaning services offer laundry and dish cleaning. But overall, I am pleased with cleaning.

The cleaning is inconsistent. The floors under the furniture often does not get swept. Also a duster is not used on light fixtures or corners of walls and ceilings so Cob webs are overlooked. Also the front glass door is never cleaned. Probably because you enter through the garage. I use your service because you are insured.
Very willing to change cleaning time when asked. Girls doing the cleaning are very friendly and well trained on how to appropriately clean and almost always do a great job. First name removed

Such a time saver-my husband has been very ill this year and between caring for him and still working 60 hours a week-cleaning the house has been low in the list of priorities. The team did an awesome job and I got some free time for myself.
Good cleaning. I expected the beds to be made but they were not. Also, the kitchen trash was not taken out. Also, Your maids set the thermostat at 64 when they arrived and left it there. I did not return for 5 days.
The house looked so great when the ladies finished cleaning it last week. I have had some health.problems recently and can not get everything done right now. They did this for us!
I have never had one cleaning where I was not home and the team actually cleaned all of the rooms they were supposed to do.
