I prefer this feedback remains anonymous, however, I have given feedback before on the same things...the ladies are very nice but not thorough...the stove top and wood floors have a film on them, presumably from dirty rags and now the ladies have been dumping vacuum cleanings on the lawn/driveway area...it's too hard to find some on other than a cleaning company so I stay with them... So far anyway

We have been very happy with the service and price for over a year now. Each team member we met was polite and friendly. They're even great with our dog, who is terrified of them! Amy M has especially gone above and beyond with each cleaning. We happily recommend Merry Maids to our friends and family!

I like the products that the ladies used. It left the house smelling clean and refreshing. The house did not have a chemical smell lingering in the air like several products do. The ladies were very efficient and through. Just very pleasant to work with. Plus for the first time using merry maids, I liked the idea a supervisor came to check with the ladies and me if I had any concerns or questions. I liked the personal contact.

The office never seems to relay messages. Several times I have called if I needed to adjust a time and the crews never get the message. Today in point, my time slot is 10 to Noon arrival time. They got here at nine. No call or notification. Luckily I had left the door unlocked or they would be standing outside once again.

Everything is always fresh and clean and your people are super!

Be more consistent with cleaning, setting alarm, etc

Sara and Alyona really seem to care about us, and how I like my house cleaned.

I would like to see the same person more often. It seems like it's a different person every time they come.

Great service - very dependable and very reliable.

The lady that cleaned did a good job with what she cleaned. However, certain areas, such as sweeping the stairs, spots on counters, etc were just missed and it was not as thorough as I would expect. I believe there was one person there for around 2.5 hours, which doesn't seem to be sufficient time to do a thorough cleaning - so I was disappointed. again, overall the area she covered were well done and she was friendly and nice, but the time spent/ areas covered were less than what I would expect.

Your work miracles on the toilet bowl. The service is reliable and merry Maids is very accommodating to last minute changes.

Consistently good cleaning

Reliability, and quality of work is generally good. Price is fair.

The workers are all so friendly and my house is gorgeous by the time they leave.

As a mom of twin boys it was wonderful to come home to a house that smelled clean! I just don't have the time anymore to really clean the home and it was such a burden lifted to have Merry Maids come out and work so hard on my home so I could just concentrate on being a mom!

Did not do the details on the first clean. Baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds were not done.

I have tried to get our crew on a regular time each week. It hasn't stuck. I have no idea when they will show up and there's a new crew each week. I would like a consistent crew and time.

Some cleanings have been better than others, but I don't think it's been consistent. I don't think they've washed the windows one time, aren't they supposed to do that? The stove top is often forgotten. The women who come clean are nice. However one time one woman was on her phone quite a bit, which made more work for the other woman. The time frame of arrival is never clear, one time they came at the end of the 2 hour window, another time they came 15 minutes earlier than the window.

Amy M. does a great job cleaning my house. She is detail oriented and cleans like I do. I'd be happy if she came to my house all the time!

I like the dependability of Merry Maids and that I can request the same team to clean my home time and again. It's easier for me knowing the same people are cleaning so I don't have to manage them.

Great service. Quick, efficient,thorough, unobtrusive. Cleaning products do not scratch or leave a funny smell.

I prefer a "clean" smell. The cinnamon smell doesn't last very long. Other than that good job!

many cleanings were done with inexperienced cleaners. I have shed tears over the nightmares I have had with your service. I've had the supervisor over many times. I shouldn't have to get this upset over a darn cleaning!

the girls seem to be a bit confused aboyt what to do when they get to my house. i guess i need to call in and review instructions with you - or you could call me
