My house cleaning conducted on April 18th was poor. The cleaners rushed through the cleaning and utilized something that scratched my stainless steel appliances.

I appreciate the responsiveness of the team giving extra attention to an area that they notice during their service visit. The team is always there on the day and time frame that I have requested, this helps me to accomplish more to meet the role I have as caregiver to my grandchildren and elderly parent. The products they use are environmentally friendly and gentle so I do not see stress to my furnishings cabinets or floors. I feel Merry Maids is essential to helping me care for my home.

I left a message requesting someone call me and I've not received a call. We are long time customers. For several months we have not had our regular team. Additionally, the teams are arriving much later than our agreement. I work from home and am on many conference calls. I try to book my schedule around when Merry Maids is due to be at our home. Most times when the team is late I do not have them clean my office since I'm on a conference call or leading a webinar yet we still pay the same amount. I want to be assigned a regular team and a realistic time range to expect them. I feel we are being taken advantage of due to our tenure.

I like the clean smell, seeing the carpets swept, hardwoods mopped, bathrooms spotless!

I like that 2 or more people tackle my home asa team which makes it faster and more efficient. I like that a walk through estimate is done first so that i know what is expected each week. I like that the same people come each week when possible to build trust and a relationship. I like that you bring your own products and equipment.
