We love the food and the atmosphere every time we go to east coast wings in Florence SC!
We are regulars there. Partially because of the food but mostly because of the staff. Briana, Bre and Susan are always so accommodating to us. They always make us feel welcome.
The wings I tasted weren't really that flavorful.
The waitress was very attentive. The food came out quick and was cooked good just wish the chips were a little more crispy

We enjoy some of the food and that's why we have returned. What we didn't like was this Friday night, June 27, 2025, we (a party of five) arrived at about 6PM. We asked to be seated in the rear at one of the larger tables. The young hostess said she would have to ask, returned and said they had to be saved for larger groups, etc. so we crowded into a booth. We are not large people but, I ate off of the corner of the table as there were three of us on that side. I went tot the bathroom before leaving and could not help but notice that both of the larger table contained three (3) patrons! I told the others in our group and we were not happy!

When I place a "to go" order, I get there early just so I can sit at the bar and chat with Haley, the bartender. She is awesome!

This was the first time we had General Tso’s Chicken wings. They were cooked exactly the way we asked for, extra crispy! The sauce made them that much better. The service was excellent; food hot and ready at pick up time. We will definitely be coming back.
I received the wrong order on my last order.
I normally rate this location a 10 everytime.. This past Saturday night was a disappointing experience. Both hamburgers we ordered (which we consistently order) were a significantly worse product than what I have grown accustomed to.. hamburger patties were burnt, dry and much smaller than we have previously experienced. So much so that I felt the need to bring this to my server's attention. She did have my burger remade, but honestly although the second one was better it still was a far cry from I have had in the past.. Suffice to say I was still disappointed, but this is solely based off all of my previous visits.. So hopefully this was a fluke.. but I am now hesitant to return..
Now our server was amazing.. we have had her in the past and she is very kind, and polite and just overall a great waitress, she was the only bright spot during our visit this time.

I would like the option of a side salad at no extra charge in place of F.F.
Also, it would be great to be able to order just the tenders without a side included.

Very unstable front desk. Every single time I go there is a new person at the cash register who doesn't know how to handle orders.
Every single time. Staffing is unstable at this store. This is a real issue. Can't already have to train a new person!
Everything! I've been going to East Coast Wings for over 20yrs. Never been disappointed with the service that is provided.
