The bartender, Thursday Evening was Phenomenal! Great service all through the place! I know her name was unique.
This location is a constant disappointment. The bar tenders only care about the bar and will horse around loud enough in the back you can hear them all the way up front while you stare at your completed to-go order they walked past. During everyone and starting fresh or moving to-go to the hostess would be the only fix. If it wasn’t such a small town with limited options we would NEVER eat here
Haven’t been here for a while. However went 1-29-25 and it was easy to order on app and staff was friendly. The eta was right on schedule.

The food was absolutely perfect! My wife is kind of a picky eater. She loves your loaded nachos and for her to eat a whole tray is saying something cause she doesn't eat big portions! Your chicken quesadillas and onion rings are great also! The service from the 2 young women was great! They did an awesome job and definitely make you want to go back! The rewards program helps also!
I'm always very pleased with the quality of food and the excellent service I receive at East Coast Wings. Randy makes a wonderful cocktail! I'm always happy with the food and the wonderful service.

The food was fine but when I came to pick up, the restaurant was chaos. The floor staff was bickering, there was no one organizing all the people waiting for tables, and patrons were bring allowed to block the entrance. It took several minutes to be addressed when I came in. It seems like staff could use a better plan.

Ordered the fresh chips for pickup, seemed super old and was not fresh at all. I come to this location all the time and usually recieve excellent food most times.

Foods great communication sucks, no one should wait an hour in the lobby for a pick up order and leave without food items and everyone act indifferent like it's normal to leave stuff behind that you paid for. I know y'all fixed it for my coworker later that day but that's only because she had to call up there and ask for a refund. Then when she gets up there, lie and say that I walked out when he was bringing my food out. Nobody was doing anything and that man allowed me to leave when I told him I couldn't spend any more time there. The one that didn't seem to realize anything was wrong when I have all of my food, now getting cold and waiting an hour on a frickin cookie.

Our waitress was so attentive , even though she was busy and the only one there m she still made an effort to tend to our table and ask how we were doing.
Wings were good except they seem to be slightly overcooked which made them tough.

Waitstaff is always great! Been coming here for years and never had an issue! My husband and I work nearby and frequently eat here for lunch.
I ordered 25 bone in wings EXTRA CRISPY...lemon pepper and drunken apple mixed. The lemon pepper had an abundance of seasoning on them which made them very salty. The drunken apple were swimming in the sauce WHICH MADE THEM SOGGY, NOT CRISPY. Not a good experience. Thank you! I would like to try you all again, maybe you can issue me a giftcard to your restaurant for my previous experience.
I love love love East Coast Wings!!! So many flavors!! But sometimes the Wings are cooked either too long or too hard. This last visit; to hard. But I visit a lot, so I can get over it. Still going to eat there. Maybe ...... I'll do a burger next time.
