Don't put my honey bbq chicken in the same paper with my fries, not a fan of bbq on my fries.

The last 2 times l have ordered 15 wings and a basket of chips the wings were cold and tasted like they just poured the sauce on them and the chips was burnt and cold. Normally l reheat them and it just makes them taste drier and the chips be warmed in the oven but still has a very burnt taste.

The grilled chicken lunch wrap needs to go. Either specific it's shredded chicken or take it off the menu. Close to cat food. Couldn't even eat half of it.

Wings are so over cooked and then you throw sauce on it to cover it up. No consistency in service.

The service was excellent. The food was hot and good.
Very disappointed in the meal Monday night. Chips were flabby, like they could have been cooked a couple minutes more. Also, the wings were very “off”. It was like the sauce was poured onto the wings cold/luke warm. They didn’t even have the same “look” as they normally do, probably because of the sauce not being hot when it was applied. Which then of course caused the wings to not be temperature hot either. And for as long as we had to wait on the wings, they should have come out piping hot instead of warm.
The food is amazing! And most of the wait staff go above and beyond to make your experience the BEST!
