Very good food at a reasonable price. The loaded fries were overally salty though, but the wings were crispy and saucey.

2/26/2024. Service was very slow. Waited a long time for our orders of wings. Just my wife and I. Finally got food and it was room temperature. Had to ask for silverware and remind about the celery and carrots and ranch. Took most of it home because it was cold.

Hey there Kristi, this is Joe one of the managers here at East Coast Wings in Kernersville! We do have a few drink specials each day here as well as our Monday 75 cents wings special. Our Wednesday Kids night with $1.99 kids meal per adult entree. One of our latest specials that everyone has been raving about is our half off wings Monday-Friday from 2-4 P.M. only at our Kernersville and New Garden locations. We also have a few new limited time items on the menu until the end of March which is our new Potato Skins and Nachos! The potato skins come in 3 different variations which is Cheesburger, Jalapeño and also Mac+Cheese. The nachos come in 2 more kinds with a BBQ chicken or Philly Steak variation to add with our already hype beef or chicken nachos. We hope to see you again soon for something new!

Mood was cold and one of the flavors of wings was really bad. The server was really nice but spread too thin with too many tables. It was hard to get the things we needed. Even with a birthday coupon I felt paying almost $20 wasn't worth it for what I got..

The wings are very hit or miss on following instructions to cook extra crispy. I like the honey garlic sauce, 2 orders ago i got honey bbq flavor, that was really disappointing because i ordered delivery and wasn’t able to drive to the store to have it fixed.
