Quality of wings
The food was good. The service was excellent. Dondrea is always polite friendly and provides excellent service.
I already submitted feedbavk and still haven't heard anything from the king location. My last visit was not good at all, tough chicken fingers, asked to sub salad for fries but the server didn't tell me there was an upcharge for that. When i asked her about it after seeing the bill, she looked at me blankly and never once said she was sorry or offered anything. Was completely blank faced.
Worst customer service ever
Our server was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was as amazing! Fantastic chef!
We were seated in a back corner booth by the server station that had no air flow and was hot and stuffy. The server was not very attentive perhaps because we were hiding in that corner and out of sight.
Food is always good. The servers are really good. The people who are the hostess that seat you are disappointing. They try to ignore you when you walk in. They don’t keep the tables clean, but everything else is OK.
Great wait staff and great food. Rewards program is nice as well. Love my birthday money!
We usually order online to eat at home because more times than not, we had not so great service and it took a long time to get our food. We were pleasantly surprised this visit. Our waitress was great and our food came out quickly!
We enjoy the wings and ranch . The service can be hit and miss .

I enjoy getting to know the servers there. They remember us when we come back every week and take great care of us.
Went for lunch as I do at least once a week we ordered nachos, cheeseburger lunch special, chicken quesadillas med heat add jalapeno. The quesadilla was not to my liking the jalapeño wasn’t added as requested, server took it back advised I would just share the nachos with my grandson as I was pressed for time, it was my lunch hour. When I went to pay the bill it wasn’t removed , I didn’t make a fuss as the place was busy so I paid for food that I didn’t eat or wasn’t replaced.
Everything was fine with food and service!
We always go to bar area or the bar. Their bar tender is amazing, Randy. He is always good, makes great drinks, eager to please. It’s a good place for bar food, relax and chill after a long hard day of work.
Your service is usually great. The problem is often with the freshness of the food. Your wings are sometimes either refried or warmed over. And if not, they don’t always taste fresh

Just moved to the area so not familiar with the layout. I walk in and the hostess is sitting on the bench. I tell her I have an online order and she replies “it’s at the bar” so I let her know I’ve never been there before and her reply was the same. If your job title is hostess and you can walk me to a table the least you could do is walk me around the corner. It’s like she didn’t want to get up. Then I have to go over to the bar and get the bartenders attention to tell her I have an online order. She asks “call in or online”….online, like I said. She hands me my food and I exit. Not going to lie it really makes me not want to order from this store again, I’d rather just wait till I’m in Kannapolis and go there.

I've been coming there for the past 2.5 years. I always enjoy the atmosphere and food is good.
I dont like the additional charges for sauces/dips on Thursdays for wings. Also, for all flats, I believe 12$ for 5 wings is just RIDICULOUS.

I sent a message a few days ago advising that I ordered food from East Coast Wings for pickup at 2:30pm and arrived at the restaurant at 2:30pm. The order was ready and handed to me and I took it to work approximately five minutes away. When I opened the to go box the chicken had no sauce on it (I ordered Harvest Apple and paid $0.99 extra for it), the chicken was soggy and not crispy in any way, the chicken was touch and hard to even bite under the soggy exterior, and the fries were drenched in grease (when you picked a fry up, it literally flopped over and dripped grease). I have video and pictures of this. No one has responded to my complaint yet and I am extremely dissatisfied with the food and service. I used my birthday $10 off on this order and I could not even eat the food it was that bad. I would like to be refunded the price of the meal and receive my birthday $10 back. Thank you for your help in advance!
