For a first time user, the app UI is difficult to navigate. Simply creating my account was frustrating. It’s not clear why you cannot progress to the next page when there is something required.

Wings where season good and where big not the small ones you get elsewhere
Open up the table by the kitchen entrance that the restaurant uses as a silverware shining/wrapping station and servers hang out. It looks bad, trashy. As a guest of the restaurant, I do not want to see the server staff hanging out in the dining room. Everything being done there could be done at the take out area.
I enjoy everything, including the food and the service. The only thing I have a complaint about is the fact that the chair is scrape the floor and make an irritating sound.

Online order wasn’t ready anywhere near stated time. Staff seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. No one at front when arrived. Wings are hit and miss. Order the same items all the time, when they’re good they are good. But half the time wings over cooked and dry
