My son and I came in for dinner. The pick up/to go line in the bar area was very busy. The restaurant was not. There were two employees at the front cashing out the pick up orders. The employees looked at us and never acknowledged we were there. We waited 15 minutes to get sat. I don’t have a problem waiting. I’m in hospitality for Outback so I understand. But to not once be acknowledged was extremely upsetting. Our server was lovely but the French fries were soggy and the wings were not cooked well either. We packed the food up and took it home to reheat in the air fryer.

Wings are very good. Almost always satisfied with the product.
The description in the menu for the buffalo chicken dip did not state that it was made with onions - that should be disclosed. The chicken sandwich was excellent; however about half of the 15 boneless wings were very tough, perhaps overcooked. The chips were fresh and seasoned perfectly and the service was friendly.

The flavor of the food. I ordered extra hot wings. There was no heat and no flavor. Without any sauce, they were bland. I specifically ordered them with out sauce. I was expecting some heat. They were mild.

Great food and great service!
Service was lacking. The server who took the order originally was too busy with other tables and never came back to check on us. Food was brought out by the manager and meals were missing. A long wait. I had to flag down a different server to get utensils, sauce, napkins, and refills. We were done and waited another 10 minutes for the bill.
The food is always delicious. The employees are polite and helpful. The food is made quickly! 10/10 recommend!
The customer service is good and I didn't have a long wait to receive my take out order. Wings were good as usual.
