Love the menu options and wings are the best around, but gave a rating lower than 10 because the service is always inconsistent. Take out is a crap shoot as it seems like if I don't empty the entire bag at the store, something is missing.
My wings were not fresh. They were rubbery
We have had our server several times and she is excellent. She somehow remembers our order almost perfectly, is friendly, attentive, and prompt. The food is good, but she is amazing.

The chicken wings were cold!!! I called and spoke to a female employee who said "yeah, someone else said the same thing about theirs, you can always pop them in the microwave". I said "ma'am, we don't have a microwave at my work". She stated "okay, we'll I can't do anything about that, maybe they sat too long before you picked up your order". Which was not correct, I ordered from the parking lot, then walked inside to wait. The chips were burnt, and the wings were cold. Such a shame!!

Let me start off with saying the Country Club Location is awesome. The staff were great and the food was perfect like normal. I do however have a HUGE problem with Corporate East Coast Wings. I received an email inviting me to order online during the month of April and get $10 off once I spent $40. As the end of the month was ending, I decided to place an order. I order Bone-in wings with chips and added another 15 wings to put me over the $40 amount. I went to apply coupon and I got an error: “You must spend at least $40.00 to use this coupon”. I checked and my order before tax was over $40.00. I tried all CAPS, same error message. I reviewed the coupon in the APP, clearly stated: Must be over $40.00 and must use the APP or website. Since nothing worked, I went to the Country Club location. I was greeted at the door by a young man. I explained my problem, he confirmed which coupon I was trying to use, then asked if I had any specials in my order. I said Wings/Chip combo. At that time, he informed me that CORPORATE advised that discounts and combos not allowed. I replied that the coupon does not say that. He said “yes” but he was sorry that is what he was told. He was VERY polite and professional. I said no problem, I will place my order and complete a Survey. He stated that I was not the first, he had answered this question multiple times. This is VERY disappointing. 1. If not allowed, then why didn’t the error message in the APP state the problem. 2. If not allowed, why wasn’t the APP version of the graphic updated to say something about no discounts. CORPORATE did neither, you left it up to 16, 17, 18-year-old kids to explain your mistake. Will I continue to eat at East Coast Wings, yes, I love the food. However, this is very disappointing. Your Corporate team could do MUCH better, than this false advertising.
