In the wraps the chicken has been very little. Don’t be so stingy on the chicken
Great food and service!
Food was good, but we were given a basket of toast instead of the basket of chips the we had ordered. I should have checked the food before leaving the restaurant but had good experiences in the past so I didn’t think about doing so.
We were overlooked. When asked for a condiment was told they didnt have it and Never had it even though I had gotten it there before. I had to flag waitress down wvery time we needed something. Shw never checked on us.

Had an order of homemade chips included with my order, instead of chips I got a box of crispy crumbles. So very disappointed.
You gots to change the menu up- on a regular basis! Love ECW, but the menu has to change.

The pickles and wings we ordered must have been cooked and reheated because they were too hard to eat. But they were also just room temperature. They were not hot at all. We told the waitress about the pickles and she did have them remade. I asked her what time we should come to have fresh food and not food that had been sitting around and she said later in the afternoon/evening. Very disappointed in this trip to East Coast Wings.
Good is usually very good but last time we went both of the orders were not good. The food was barely warm

Well first I ordered boneless wings, I've gotten these before and they were really good. But the last time I got them they were tiny processed chicken nuggets like you'd get from a bag at the grocery, I also ordered medium sauce, I don't know what that orange tasteless sauce was. I wasn't going to come back but I got a $5 reward and got the grilled chicken salad for lunch. When I got home the chicken was in bits, usually it comes in strips and was unappetizing. One more thing we order you hot chips alot and one time they weren't halfway cooked. I'm not sure I'll be back to that location again.

I placed a order in the restaurant for takeout. When I got home the order was wrong and I had to return to the restaurant to get the corrected order. This was very inconvenient.
Best experience at ecw in long time.
The wings that both of us ordered in my party were fried extra hard. The sauce on mine was good (recommended by the server) however I couldn’t really get past how hard the skin was. I also had to be careful because a few pieces had broken bone fragments. The service was great! The young lady apologized when I found a hairline my ranch. The fries were excellent!
First of all i received my take out order. Got in my car to eat it there wasn't any napkins in order. Dissatisfied in the regard also my wings were over cooked dried out. Not fitting to eat being so hard that is why I'm disappointed.
I enjoyed my food and espically my Strong Long Island drink which was made exceptionally well. I will definitely be back.
This is the best place around for anything you want to eat, anytime. They have a large variety of foods to choose from, and it's always great!
It's not only about the wings, which are awesome, but the customer service is the best. Always eat here with my friends, and have never been disappointed.
