The speed of service and the food tasted great.
It’s our family’s favorite place in Denver
As it is every time I order I request saucy and pay the additional 1.00 fee per order. This was 3 orders so 3.00. I pick up the order and they have little sauce so I requested some additional sauce as I had requested and paid for it. The staff said they would have to charge me. I reminded them I already did. They were rather rude and eventually the mgr told the staff it was fine but I hate going thru this every single time. Every time.
Food, customer service
My fries were undercooked. It took 10 minutes for anyone from the staff to acknowledge me. My tenders were overcooked in dirty grease.

It is wonderful to have a restaurant that you know will prepare the food perfectly every time! I am also always impressed with the staff. They are friendly, professional, and meet our every need.
Server was Great , very attentive and sweet
The service was not the best. We asked for silverware and napkins and didn't receive them, we had to get up and get our own from the bucket at the stand. We had to ask for refills. The food runner was friendly and did things our waitress didn't do.

The food is always on point, they have a varitey of items to choose from that are all banging. Like for example, I always got the wings, I always thought it was against the law to order a burger at a wing joint, but the burger maybe the best burger Ive ever ate. Its pretty close. Plus, the service is even better. I come in on Tuesdays and Thursdays and sit at the bar because I get the best service possible. I work for Best Logistics and yes I recommend ECW, but its the only spot I take my drivers to when they come in town and have to stay in K Vegas for a while , if they say they are hungry, I take them to East Coast everytime LESGO!
I always enjoy going to East Coast Wings + Grill -- the service is great, and even the smaller lunch portion is ample for a good meal.

Quick and good food
Our favorite restaurant and favorite server. The wings are always cooked to perfection. We love the lunch special.
Your emails are frequently wrong. The recent special of ordering wings and getting 75 rewards points...I did not get the 75 points. Nor did the APRIL10 coupon code work on my over $40 order. Not happy about the lack of transparency with your email coupons and specials.
The servers named Tammy and Kiara are both excellent.
