We frequently have the same waitress and she is a rockstar! The food is consistently good, it comes out hot, and quickly. Love the rewards too!
The wings are really good here. It's just every time you take out an order something's missing. I would like to see better quality control when ordering out. The food is always good. I've been coming to East Coast wings for quite a long time. Mr Perry the manager of the store is absolutely wonderful. I would just like to make sure when I order something it's all included.
Service and food were excellent
Last couple of times we were there and had the grilled tenders they were very dry and tough.
In the past they were tender and juicy. Not sure what is going on in the kitchen for the food to be like this

I had ordered 25 wings and a salad. I received one 1 ranch dipping
On our trip to the New Garden Rd. location on Sunday, we were fairly dissatisfied. Our server was very pleasant but that did not overcome the delay we experienced. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, and my husband ordered the beef mac and cheese. When it got to the table, after about a 25 minute wait, I was handed a chicken wrap and the person who delivered it seemed to not believe that I had ordered a chicken sandwich. So, he took both of them back, but brought back the beef mac and cheese a few minutes later, which looked like a blob of fake, luke warm cheese. We ended up waiting another 20 (at least) minutes for my meal to come back to the table. By that time, my husband's meal was stone cold so he sent it back. We had been there for so long at this point that we were both irritated and neither of us was hungry any more. This was an unusual experience as we normally have good meals with good service. Again, our server was very pleasant and apologetic. There were long periods of time however, where we didn't see her and we never got an update as to when we could expect our meals. It was not very crowded, so that couldn't be an excuse for this experience. Perhaps the staffling levels were creating the challenge. Thank you!~

Seating, metal chairs are uncomfortable and booths you feel squashed in. Otherwise we like the food and the staff are friendly and attentive.

1. The first item I ordered off the menu philly flat bread was not in stock.
2. The avocado flat bread was also out so bottom line up front I ended up ordering the philly steak. Bottom line if you have it on the menu it should be in the store.
That’s fine no need to make it right..me & my family won’t be returning

Fairly expensive
Orders need to be double checked before giving them to customers at take out. Salad dressings are always missing, especially if extras are ordered.
We have been 3x, and all the 3x’s the restaurant has been out of a lot of food. The wait is horrible we sit for about 30 -35 minutes before we get our food, spending over an hour plus for lunch/dinner. Once getting the food the chicken is over cooked and dry, the burgers are burnt etc. We thought give it 3x before taking off our list. This past Sunday was the 3rd strike out. Maybe sometime later down the road we will give it another chance, but as for recommending no not till we see it getting better. Sorry for the harsh response but you need to know so you can make changes and continue to have business to stay open. Good luck…
