Seems like we rarely get just a no issue process. This visit everyone was nice but your computer system wouldn’t allow them to use a $5 off that was listed for my rewards. Simple things like that are common.

We were seated, our order taken and then we waited 45 minutes for our food. The place wasn’t crowded, there were several waitresses and we were the only table without food except the one that had turned over and a ne couple had just been seated and got their drinks!

There is no option online, on any platform, to order fried chicken instead of grilled chicken on the buffalo chicken salad, and the amount of chicken recieved varies widely every time I order.
