you should allow flats only with all orders .I like flats ,last order of 25 wings had only 2 fats out of 25 wings
On 12/29/24 we were at the restaurant and it looked dirty. Our table was not clean and even after it was wiped down it was sticky. My food was not prepared as I requested which was to go light on the chipolte sauce. The chicken in my wrap was swimming in chipolte sauce. I ate one half but couldnt eat the other half. The tea was so weak. Y’all normally have the best sweet tea. The server brought me a refill but never brought my husband one. She checked on us one time until she brought the check. She put it in the table and said I can take that when you’re ready. She never asked if everything was ok and didn’t ask if we wanted dessert. I could have overlooked the tea and check if you had been busy but you weren’t. We eat at your restaurant often and have ever since you opened so I hope this service and food quality isn’t the new norm!

Unfortunately, the food at this location has gone downhill. As has been the case the last few times; the wings were lukewarm, not hot. I was tired & just wanted to eat and leave, so I didn't send them back. I also ordered pub bites with beer cheese. The beer cheese was thick & lumpy. It looked more like mac & cheese then beer cheese. This we did send back & the kitchen didn't have anything else, so I got ranch to dip the pub bites. Thankfully the pub bites were good enough to eat without a dip.
The Clemmons location used to be a go to spot for us but something has changed in the last 6 months-1 year. The staff has had a lot of turnover & the food is not as good. I love the flavors at ECW, but maybe it's time to try a different location.

Insanity
The service is almost always exceptional. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. Food is served hot and as ordered. Several of the servers double check the food at the counter to verify it is as ordered before bringing it to us.

I had an excellent dining experience at East Coast Wings and Grill, and I must commend Amar Reddy for his outstanding customer service. From the moment we walked in, Amar greeted us warmly, made us feel welcome, and ensured we were comfortably seated. His attentiveness throughout the meal was exceptional—checking in just the right amount and offering helpful recommendations. The food itself was fantastic; the wings were perfectly cooked with a great selection of flavorful sauces, and the sides were fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was inviting and family-friendly, making it a great spot for both casual outings and small gatherings. Amar’s professionalism and genuine care for the customers truly made the experience memorable. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family!
Wait service was good and so was the food. We come to this location a good bit and there was only 1 time where the service was not what I would consider up to par. Great spot.
We had a really good waitress, but this is the second time I've been where rewards were not applied at check out. I am not sure what's happening at this location but when I immediately receive an email saying, don't forget to use your rewards once I've check out, it's really annoying.

Never consistent food. I was there when the order came out and the chips were all stuck together and wet and soggy. U should inspect what expect..
New staff every time we come in.
Every time something with the orders are wrong. This last time we ordered a steak philly but it came out chicken.
I was in the bar area while Jeremiah was the bartender. He provided excellent customer service.
The qeusadilla I ordered was excellent.
