Very friendly staff. The manager Shane is very nice and always comes by to check and make sure that everything is OK. Plus, our waitress Bella is always great!! It’s a nice clean place to eat and a great menu with lots of options. Well done ECW in Kingsport!!!

We came in to order wings to go. We requested 3 sides of hot sauce which we did not get. We ordered one blue cheese and 2 ranch - we ended up with 3 ranch. The 15 dry rub garlic Cajun wings were very plain lacking seasoning and no sign of garlic at all. The other 10 wings were ok but nothing to tell a friend about.
The food was delicious and ready when I arrived.
