The food is good but my server is the best the reason we come every week she makes us feel welcomed and like family !
Wings and chips were great as usual!
Wings were great but more sauce would make them even better, also we had chips, also good but a lot of them were soft and not crispy like we expected them to be

I was a sever for years and I never added gratuity to my customers because if your a good server you make more than gratuity tip. She added with out telling us but it’s ok I will not be back when the food wasn’t that good .
The wings were full of meat, cooked well.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger w/ mayo, a slice of onion, lettuce and fries. The fries were undercooked not cold but, cool, the lettuce was soggy, and instead of a slice of onion, I got 2-onion rings.
My wrap was not warm at all. I also asked for extra hot and it wasnt added to my wrap. My french fries were also rubbery

We are loyal fans of East Coast Wings (ECW), but unfortunately, the Statesville, NC location consistently falls short in food quality compared to other ECW stores. On this recent visit, the food was especially disappointing—overcooked/burnt. The boneless wings had noticeably more breading than chicken, which further impacted the overall experience. We hope to see improvements at this location to match the quality we’ve come to expect from the ECW brand.

We had the best service and food of any east coast wings we've been to. Our server was fantastic. Brought refills without asking, even asked if I wants my chips crispy or soft. Nobody had ever asked me that at any other east coast wings. Thank you for such a great experience.
The food was great, the service was great! The facilities need updated!
I ordered ten wings that I sent back because they were old. I received another order that was bad also. I was really disappointed because this was my go to spot for wings, I had heard horror stories from others about quality not being the same now I’ve experienced it for myself.
