Cook the wings! They were rubbery and chewy and buffalo wings should be crispy!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I don’t order often so perhaps this is irrelevant; in my recent order, my wings basically had no sauce. And definitely we’re not tender. Was disappointed overall with wings.

What could we do to improve?

On-line ordering to be able to add name to each item ordering. We order for meetings a lot and it would make it easier to be able to label with names.
