As always the staff is on point!!!! Waitress Bree and Manager Raven, hope I hope it spelled right. Friendly place and the atmosphere with the easy music while you are dining are the best, love it. I will always visit East Coast Grill Charlottle when I am in town!!! Keep up the good work. Customer satisfaction comes first at this restaurant! Nobody in Columbia, SC can make the chicken Quesadilla like East Coast, Fashion Way Drive!!!!
Good food great service
Our server was very attentive and very friendly. This was our furst visit to your restaurant. She answered all our questions easily. I had shrimp tacos and son and husband had winds of both varieties. The food was great.
The food is always excellent!
A lot of the sauces are an up charge price. Either list them on the menu or just charge an extra dollar for all of them. Very misleading! Also stingy with the ranch and charged for a second cup when we got 25 wings and chips. Also sometimes it can be very Smokey inside although that’s not a huge issue.
Love the volcanic wings. Tracy and Hayley are great attentive bar tenders. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years now and I know good front of house employees when I see them. Yes I love the wings but if it wasn't for the great staff I would not have continued to go for the last year and a half since I've moved to this area.

Great food and consistent with every item on the menu! Great severs - we are old customers and have been getting our wing fix from East Coast for ever. Have also eaten in High Point, Kernersville, and Mocksville and never been disappointed. Wide menu all good 5 stars !!!!!
It was my first time visiting. Alex, the waitress/server, was amazing. The manager was great and checked in, helping all of the staff, which was amazing to see. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. I will be back.
There was only one other table of customers when we arrived and still the food took a very long time. Also, we were given packets of plastic carry-out utensils; the server told us there was no clean silverware. How is that possible when throughout most of our visit there were 3-4 employees sitting in chairs talking near the hostess station. Someone could have been doing dishes instead of sitting around talking.
They cooked my wings like I love them….. Xxxcripsy. This time I didn't have to get them to cook them like I requested.

Order was incorrect. Had to go back and get fries left out. Food was good. Sauce was a bit spicy for my linking but I will be back.
The quesadilla was good. It was full of a good amount of ingredients. The only issue how was that my tater tots were hard. That’s why I didn’t give you all a 10.
My order was not correct and when I came in to pick it up, the employee at the front only gave me one of two bags. Had I not checked when I got to my car, I would have driven all the way home with only half of my order. It was a busy night there and it seemed to be a revolving group of staff working FOH.
