I eat here a lot. And it’s hit or miss as far as the quality of the wings. I get them sometimes a d it’s line they have been setting around for hours, very tough and hard!
Other times they are perfect, but it’s more of the tough and hard!
They are my go to for wings!

Though we did take away, the food was prepared as we asked. The manager stepped in to the take away roll after the person managing had stepped away. So there was not any wait.

It was a wonderful service the lady, the bartender she is very nice. She know how she doing with her job. She gotta be ready for a smile for everybody. Definitely depend about there. People who work in the restaurant is how we enjoy our meal.Jaselin Martinez is her name. I remember to ask her name because the next time they are visit East Coast wings I wanna ask her for her.
The bartender that waited on us is awful. Everytime she waits on us, the service is horrible. She is the reason we never really eat there anymore. She is too busy hitting on the regulars at the bar to check on anyone else. She acts like she is annoyed by anything you say. We decided to give it another try because we love the food, but she is one of the worst waitresses I’ve ever had anywhere. I’ve heard this from multiple other people as well

The Thai chili boneless wings' sauce was thin and had rather weak flavor.

The app works well and is easy to input your order even though there are a lot of food items and customizations available on the menu. Food was ready fast, and the restaurant is close to my house. All the food was well prepared and the order was accurate. Kids ate the whole thing.

the service was so bad i started to get up and leave,,the waiter was so busy talking to some other boss that work there..we had to get another waiter to wait on us,,she was rude and she just dont need to work there..we will not be coming back there and yes i have told everyone about and if it hurts your bussiness i am sorry,,i run a bussiness and my customer are number one to me and i make sure my employees take care of my customer first and not to stand and talk and let people ask other people to help...like i said we want be coming back there...her name is josie and she would not work in my bussiness...

Love the restaurant but Shorter wait time for service/drink refills while dining in, and to please provide Military discount on the entire check like other restaurants do and not just off one item.
How about a senior discount of maybe 10 % or more. Just a suggestion. As a senior myself it would make you guys more affordable. :)
Train your new wait staff what their job is.
The food was nasty chicken wings lacked flavor was not cooked the way I asked and they forgot my ranch that I paid extra for!
Food was great. Employees were very helpful and kind. We purchased the 25 wing and chips special. I was a little disappointed that our chips were very few. Not a full order like we used to get.
I asked for extra crispy but I could tell the wings were not fresh. The meat was hard. Not satisfied at all
