My daughter ordered a plain cheeseburger. It came out with everything on it. We sent it back and it came back almost immediately which seemed odd so I looked at it and they had obviously just taken the burger off and put it on another bun. It still had the mayonnaise on the burger! Thankfully she isn’t allergic to anything so she just ate it. However that is totally unacceptable in my opinion! She could have been allergic and it was obvious that they didn’t care! It really shouldn’t matter whether it’s a preference or an allergy, if an order is wrong it should be corrected the right way. Poor customer service!

I love the staff. GM Terry has made this a welcoming environment to eat at on a weekly basis and I love how they handle major events like the Super Bowl. He has hired the right staff. Part Timers like Kendal and full timers like Hillary are so good at their job and take a personal interest in regular customers. This MAKES us come back just to see them and it helps that the food and Service are ALWAYS meeting or exceeding expectations. I have never had a bad experience here which makes this place stand alone in Greensboro eateries.

I understand charging for celery, carrots, and blue cheese on .85 wing nights. I dont agree with charging
extra for ranch with chips when its free on other nights.

Place order easily on-line. Order was ready when I arrive at store with no issues.
We had an outstanding waitress, Cherish, that took excellent care of us. She checked back frequently and kept us posted on the status of our meal. She made sure our food was cooked to order. One of our side items actually wasn't and she had it made over before it ever arrived at out table. Her demeanor was always pleasant, and she always had a smile on her face. We enjoyed our meal and the food was cooked well and hot.
The cob salad was wonderful
While prices have been adjusted and most have seen an increase, portion sizes continue to get smaller. For example, the buffalo chicken wrap. I remember eating this while pregnant with my son 18 years ago and could barely eat half. Now, the whole thing equals what used to be a half, if even.
Every time I go to this East Coast I get great, friendly service amd the food and drinks are delicious amd well prepared.
Kaleb, Dion, Chloe, Isabella, Nicole, Jordan, and the staff are awesome! Truly a great team with great food.

I wanted to bring to your attention a recurring issue with my orders. On three separate occasions, an item has been missing from my order, requiring me to either return to the store or double-check my bags in the car. Most recently, it was celery; before that, it was wings.
I understand that your team handles many orders, but ensuring accuracy is a basic expectation. Customers shouldn’t have to verify their orders before leaving—it should be right the first time.

Lately, we've had good service and our discount points have been accurate. Most of the time, the food is also very good!! Thank you for the recent $5.00 reward added on. That customer appreciation is something that keeps everybody pleased and returning to your restaurant! I hope this trend doesn't change!! Thanks for caring!
