My food was very good
It’s one of the best in the area, but I’ve had better.
The food is always good. Cozy atmosphere. Wonderful friendly staff. It is definitely a pleasant experience. Looking forward to my next visit.
I had a chicken sandwich that was one of the best ones in my whole life.
Tammy the server is excellent a deserves a raise.
I asked that my sandwich be fried and it was done so to perfection and topped with
a sweet barbecue sauce. WOW!

My past two visits have been exceptional. Great atmosphere, wonderful team environment and down to earth service. Food is top notch . Bathrooms are decently clean.

Great waitress, enjoyed food, experience above standard.
Waitress was obviously new, so it was understandable, but she got almost every order wrong, entered them in the computer late & even forgot an order. Very understaffed for a Saturday night, especially if one of the servers was this new. Also, while helpful, the manager smelled like cigarettes which isn't very appetizing. Food was OK, but just not a great experience. If I hadn't worked in the food industry myself, this would have been a lower score,
Fresh food, friendly service and convenient for my situation. I order online and usually ask for a later time in the day and it’s always ready. I work work like every single day so it really is great to have a little convenient and a friendly service.
Grilled chicken in sandwich was tough and chewy and we had to take our drinks up for refills ourselves.
My order is usually right and quick
The drink that we ordered as part of the kids' meal we purchased was not included what was brought to us, and because my wife had ordered and I picked it up, I didn't know to ask, so our child didn't get the drink she wanted and that we paid for.
Great wings and service is outstanding
No disappointment with the food but the price is to high. I never see no kind of promotion. I was surprised to see the $5 off.

The food is always great! Service was great! Our waitress was attentive but did not hover. The only reason I did not give you a 10 is your parking lot. It is ridiculously hard to find a parking space at your location. There are not enough spaces to accommodate the businesses in the strip mall.
Everything was good
I ordered $135.00 worth of food. The 4 orders of chicken were cold. There was barley and I mean barely any sauce on the chicken. The tater tots and french fries were soggy and not completely cooked. I ordered ranch dressings with each order of chicken and none was put in the bags. When I called to advise of my order, the manager was very rude and told me next time to dine in and to check my order before I leave, they have enough to do.

The wings were awful! My husband had boneless burbon street, they were very hard to chew. I had bone in raging ranch, not sure if they have changed where they purchase their wings but they were very different. First bite and I knew it was not going to be a good experience. I could hardly bite into them, and once I did they were like chewning leather. We have noticed the last couple of times we were there the quality of the food has been very disappointing. Hope it gets better.
I gave this restaurant a second chance after burnt wings - and again they disappointed - the Cajun wings had NO spice on them and when i returned to the store and spoke with the manager - he made excuses and said those were normal. Then he offered to give me some more spice in a container - he said our wings wont hold that spice - then why offer that flavor? Why not just advertise then as plain wings? I left - and will never return to this ECW. These wings also ended up in the trash.
