No one was present when I walked in the pick up my order. It was myself and I believer a door dasher, we waited several minutes. Then a heavier set black gentleman appeared and asked for our names what we needed. He instructed us to go by the bar and then he disappeared. Few more minutes went back and a younger black woman, very polite, she appeared and was able to get our respective orders.
Good food, reasonable price and good service.
The buffalo shrimp was well seasoned and still crispy under the sauce. They need to do a better job with tossing though. Overall a great appetizer to have as an entree, just pair with a side.
Our wings are very good. The staff is great. We enjoy eating there.
Service & food were excellent. End of the bar smelled of " soured beer", where empty kegs are stored-

Very expensive for small boneless wings and some of the flavors we tried were lackluster. Also the celery and carrots were pretty small and not alot of them. Comparing to wingstop, wingstop offers large portions of both wings and carrots and celery. I will say your ranch is beyond amazing. So that doesn't need to be changed. But perhaps considering upping the portion of small boneless wings to make it worth the pricing. I enjoyed the Ceasars dressing on my salad that was amazing and so was the chicken. I will say the corn ribs were a little tough and seemed a bit burnt not alot of flavor happening. Not sure if I got a bad batch or not. Overall you guys have potential and hope to see changes.
My carry out order is always delicious, always ready on time and always correct!. They have never once left out any of my condiments.
When I eat in the service is always exceptional.
How much better can a restaurant be?
My wings were burnt with no seasoning on them and my mozzarella sticks were cold and I received the wrong sauce. I spent 70 on everything and left a 9 tip. I would like my food remade again or full refund
It’s my birthday and not only was my food excellent but I received $10 off. My good food was hot and tight on point.

My order was messed up and the bartender and manager provided such excellent customer service. They remade my food and it was out in 5 minutes. They made sure I went home happy. Will definitely be back again.
Was given 1 ranch dressing for 25 wings and chips were not given, I had to go back to get the chips.
The food was hot and good!
I love ECW+G, but they really need to get fresh avocados for their chicken avocado flatbread. I can tell they are preserved because they are yellow and have a funny taste. The CAF is my go to when I go, but I think I am going to have to find something different. :(

Fast service and courteous staff.
It was all good and will be back next Thursday also.
We had a wonderful experience this past Wednesday evening. We hadn't visited in a while (just based on our schedules). We were met with lots of new faces. We sat in the bar area (at a table) and the bartender was very attentive. Our food order was correct and quickly delivered to the table.
Youre doing fine. I would recommend depending on the use case. Food is good, service too, but not the place you want to go to have a conversation. It's a little loud for that and that's ok, not your target demographic. There are other places for that.
