Th service is beyond friendly and efficient
On Wednesday 2/5/25, I ordered boneless wings that were very over cooked and tough. The waitress brought them back and brought me the bone in wings instead. Unfortunately, they too were over cooked and tough. I ordered a 15 wing portion and barely could eat 4 of either one.
I have frequently had the boneless wings at the Salisbury, NC location, and they have always been fine.

For whatever reason, this location has disappointed me in the wing quality. Wings were extremely hard or not very fresh. The fries were lukewarm at best. Been a long time customer of EC and I believe and know their service can be better.

Put seasoning back on the potato chips or ask if seasoning is desired and be a little more generous with the sauce. Especially on Togo orders since it is all soaked into the chicken by the time I get home so the chicken appears to be dry.
Service was very slow, waitress never came back to refill my drink , didn’t provide me with any silverware, just very subpar service
