Just the way when I came in to pick up my order and the cashier told me to sit down because she was on the phone then she processed to talk on the phone with a customer and two other people walk in and she put the phone down and ask them if they had a to go order and gave them there food and went back to the phone and 10 on the phone then had me my order that's been sitting since I got there never happened before not sure what happened but that the first time I felt like there and alot time you don't want to say thing because I enjoy eating there but really don't want to be retaliate against so I just stay away for a while maybe they will be gone but that what happened have a nice day and thank you for asking Name removed Jr

It is a wonderful neighborhood place where everyone knows your name. Food and portions for prices are outstanding. Glad u r in my neighborhood
Great food and service.
My oldest daughter and I drive all the way from Asheboro to eat at your location because the service is always great and they make you feel like family. Food is always delicious! Darrius is always our favorite server and feels like family at this point! Keep up the great work!

Great good! Great atmosphere. Everything was super fast even though the restaurant was super busy.
When taking to go orders, that the person is speaking loudly and clearly and repeats the order.
As soon as I walked in the door, someone asked me about my to-go order. Food is always good as well.
Only thing that could be better is my fries are always soft when I place an order to-go from all of the steam in the plate. Which is a hard fix.

We always have a drink at the bar while we wait for our Togo order and the bartenders are always very nice and helpful. Burgers are always delicious! Portion size for burgers is excellent for the price. Only request is to start using iceberg lettuce, the romaine or leafy green lettuce is too wilted.

The heat scale taste is never consistent. I always get volcano heat and more times than not it is not very hot at all. It's different every time I go there.
Food was good. But this is the second quesadilla order where the requested sour cream and salsa were not included.
I wasn't disappointed. The beer cheese was great, as were the pub bites. I could have used quicker water refills.
The food was very good and the waitress was very nice and helpful.
Put in a take out order and food was missing from my order. Had to drive back 20 mins to pick up my food. No concession was offered for my time or gas. Picked up my chips and they were not even freshly made. They had been sitting the hour it took me to drive back.

This location has been going down the last 8 months or so. For our most recent order, they have me a regular burger instead of the one i ordered, the big dill. The tots for those were like empty air filled puffs from them being over cooked. The cesar salad was missing the dang croutons/pretzels.
I am a rewards member & received an email this week advertising a new promo 2 for $20 limited time entrees and was excited to try them. When we arrived & wanted to see what was available for this promo no one there knew anything about it. How does this even happen? East Coast Wings has a promo & their employees know absolutely nothing about it? I call this lack of communication in which needs a lot of improvement at this location. So after quite a while of research they were finally able to figure out what we could order for this promo. Then it took over 25 mins to get our food & there were not that many people in the restaurant. Food was good when we finally got it, service was okay but nothing to brag about.
The food was excellent! We also received the food faster than in times past.
I placed a to go order for my birthday and part of the meal was cooked toughly in burnt grease. Upon eating at home it was like eating nuggets of coal sprinkled with lemon pepper. I hate that I used my birthday reward for this meal.
