The wings (the product) were not up to the usual standard. It is the product not the preparation

East Coast Wings not only do they do wings....I had Double Cheddar Burger. WOW it was so good. So don't sleep on they burgers

We waited 30 min to be seated which was expected, no problem. Then we waited 45 min after ordering to get our food. Way to long as we watched people seated after us get there food and leave. When my food made it I sent it back because I think after waiting 45 minutes for food it should be at least warm, not cold. They did take the price off our ticket but I still paid for 4 other meals because it was all put on the same check without even asking. Then I did have to buy more food for me from another place because I do not send food back to be done again. We did not see a manger at all. Most places, that is the next person you see when something is wrong. Almost makes you feel like they don't care. I go hear often and usually give 10 but there has been a few times like this one that something needs to be said.

i had a take out order of 5 Buffalo chicken fingers with chips. the chicken fingers and chips were put in the same container. I about lost my mind when i got home with this order, and my home is only 3 miles away from the restaurant. I had a mess of soggy chips, that were probably not even crispy when they were put in the container. They were sitting in the drippings from the fingers and of course the sweat from the container being closed caused even more sogginess. This is not the first time my to go order has been ruined due to poor and I do mean poor packaging of the food items. I will NEVER place a to go order with this restaurant again.

The wait staff are always welcoming. They do a great job at getting your drinks out fast and keeping them filled. The food is great as well always fresh, fast and hot! If you haven’t tried them go try the drunken apple wings. They are delicious!
I tried a sample of a new beer on tap and took a sip. It had slime/sludge from the Beer lines, either not cleaned well enough or at all. It was disgusting! Almost 2 inches long and looked like a slug. Spit that out and almost threw up. Manager came over and apologized and said he would make it right and take care of me. Offered a bottle beer or drink....and that's it. So 1 drink valued at $8.00 to take care of me. Food and service was good but don't think we will be going back with other options in town for our business.
I ordered grilled tenders, but the cook mistakenly gave me all fried tenders. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, and it’s quite disappointing.
I always enjoy the food! The atmosphere was busy and the staff handled the rush without issue!
The food quality was not as good this time. Chicken was overcooked. They forgot the salad that we ordered and I had to ask for it. The spicy blue cheese dressing wasn’t even mixed up. And we’d ordered blue cheese and ranch for our wings but only got ranch. The ranch and blue cheese are never labeled mailing it difficult to know which is which without opening it up and tasting it.
All in all it was very disappointing to spend so much for overpriced and overcooked wings. We go here occasionally just because of the price but usually the quality of chicken is better. Won’t be back for a while. :(
