How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The Sanitation Grade has dropped to a borderline "unacceptable!
I also set in a booth that was just outside od the kitchen area Each time the backdoor in the cooking area was opened, all we could smell was marajuana.
I really enjoy eating at ECW but some things really need to be addressed pr your business is gonna start falling off because I've heard complaint about the same things I'm telling you from other people

lettuce was wilted on my chicken lettuce wraps, disappointing

last time I ordered then the lettuce was crisp and fresh

Food and service was wonderful! Always is. Only thing I’d change is the metal chairs. They are not super comfortable. But still my friend and I always love our time there!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

These wings were terrible and I'm just not sure why I keep giving this place a chance. I threw away all but the 3 wings I tried to eat. They were undercooked and fatty. I tried to reheat them in the air fryer but that just made them worse. AWFUL FOOD

This restaurant is a new favorite of mine. I don't like sweet potato fries but I love the Waffles fries you guys have. At times I order an extra side because it's never enough with my meal.
