Always great food and kind service.
Good hot food
Friendly staff. Manager came by and checked on us. Restaurant was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Even other staff spoke to us when they came by. Great food and awesome drinks. Manager is Shane Winegar. Server was Sophie and she was awesome!!!
While my wings were delicious, I ordered a salad with it and usually I check the bag but I was in a rush. I got home and realized they didn’t give me ranch or the extra ranch I ordered. Other ranch don’t taste good like that at all so it was a waste of a salad. Also no ranch for the wings either.
The food was excellent and made fresh and our waitress was super nice and very polite. I always love eating there and will always continue eating at a place that knows how to cook some good food.
Waitress was very efficient and friendly. Food was excellent. No wait time for table.

The boneless wings had a lot of barbeque sauce on them, so maybe lighten up a little.
The boneless wings were ALL over cooked and dry. The Spice on 1 of the 10 pc boneless was way overspiced to the point you could not eat them and I like salty spicy foods.
I love it! took my 10 piece (all flats hot honey and hot lemon pepper wings) to the movies and seen "The long walk" everybody in my row was asking what smells so good lol

This order wasn't bad. The problem is the food isn't consistent. Most of the time it's under seasoned and under cooked. The occasional good order isn't enough to eat here regularly. Id love for some consistency so I can spend money here more often. For now it's a huge gamble to grab food and enjoy it. When I want to gamble I play the lottery!
I got the chicken tenders and they were soo big and tough I couldn’t even eat them…also every time I order from this location something is wrong with the order…this time it was the cheese I paid extra for on my tater tot’s…thankfully I know now to always check before I leave …but still had to wait for it to be fixed

Customer service and food
The chicken was hot and fresh the staff was very nice and friendly
We got our food so soon after ordering that we wondered how we got it so fast (it actually took longer to get our desert). Then the food kinda tasted like it had been sitting around awhile, or wasn’t fixed fresh-especially the fries.
We usually are very satisfied with ECW, but we were disappointed this time.

I had take out and my flat bread was shoved into container and didn't have an ingredient I asked to add. Also my chip were all soggy.
Wings were perfect.
Our visit with this ECW was free of drama. Food was great, wings cooked to order and all went well. It was my suggestion for ECW to a large group and after asking, all were happy with their meals.
