The following comments were submitted by our customers when asked to provide feedback on our service. The way seating is handled by the host(s) is very chaotic. There were 3 of them and the place was 50% seated. It took over 10 minutes for them to get a table ready and it was early in the evening.
On a previous visit something similar happened. The dining rooms were less than half seated. They told us there would be a 20-30 minute wait. The reason was because wait staff was short.
Look, I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 32 years as an owner, and as an employee manager. If you have open tables, you seat your patrons and tell them that you’re very busy plus short on staff, but please have a seat and we’ll get you something to drink(hosts could do this) until your server can attend. Don’t make them stand in the lobby waiting for a table, when it’s obvious there’s plenty of available seating, what a ridiculous policy to make people wait, and pile up in the lobby/outside area. It looks bad, people grumble at the obvious, and walk away disappointed, maybe even angry.
You lose business!
Give people the choice to be seated and know that they’re gonna have to wait to be served because you’re busy and shorthanded. That way it’s their choice and they feel like they had a say in the matter. Communication to your customers is so very important. The more they understand, the more willing they will be to accept the situation. Let it be their choice after being informed.
I’m happy to have this conversation with someone if this ever gets noticed.
Tabby is the best anywhere!!!! Love the food. Never had anything I wouldn't have again. My favorite place in Goldsboro.

Received no ranch, ordered 25 wings, a burger and fries, a wrap and fries asked for ranch with all of it and received none. We did randomly get two containers of salsa though thanks....I guess?
For the wings we requested 5 hot, 10 garlic parm, and 10 cajun but we received 5 hot, 10 garlic parm, and 10 plain.
pretty disappointing
East Coast is the ONLY place I’ll get my wings!! I feel like home when I’m there!! The service and food are fantastic!!

Whether it is dine-in or delivery the quality of the food is excellent. The staff is always friendly fly and helpful and service is fast.

These were some of the most disappointing wings I have ever had. The only good thing about them is that they were crispy as we asked. The sauce though was basically non existent, which meant the flavor was basically non existent. We maybe ate half of them we were so disappointed.
Excellent food and great service. Our server, Cheyenne, was cheerful, friendly and took excellent care of us. It was a very enjoyable dining experience.
The last few times I have been there they have gotten my order wrong and this time was no exception it was wrong again

Went about a week ago, took 15 minutes for server to greet us. Another 10 get drinks. Ordered appetizer that we never got. Then order was wrong and sever didn’t come to check on us until it was too late! We Asked 3 times to pay so we can leave and we got told we had to wait 3 different times. Place was not even busy so I am not sure what we were waiting for, because our server was not on the floor most of the time. I have waited tables for years so I definitely know the difference between busy and not!
Place has gone downhill majorly.

I also set in a booth that was just outside od the kitchen area Each time the backdoor in the cooking area was opened, all we could smell was marajuana.
I really enjoy eating at ECW but some things really need to be addressed pr your business is gonna start falling off because I've heard complaint about the same things I'm telling you from other people

The host made sure I had everything needed in my bag including napkins, silverware and sauces.
I was not impressed with the texture or amount of sauce. I paid for saucy wings and it was still barely any sauce provided. The wings are too expensive for what you get.
