I ordered food via the app, picked it up from the restaurant, and took the food home. I ordered mac & cheese, 20 wings, and a side salad. The mac & cheese was not in the bag when I arrived home. I think this is a reflection of the Reynolda Road location. Wait times for food and service when dining in are excessive and customer service is below par. It will be a long time before I return to this location if ever again.

Best wrap ever!!!!! I had a great experience yesterday when I called in my order. It was hot, accurate and delicious! This is my favorite location.

I come here literally once sometimes twice a week. The staff are amazing from Jimmy, to the bar staff, Scotty P and the gang from the second you walk in to the moment you walk out. You feel like family there.

Could be a little more generous on sauces. Had 2 orders of carnival fries with our order and each one only had a 1/4 of caramel sauce :(

Friendly people an my food always get to me in a timely matter an fresh. The atmosphere is great everywhere you look the place is very clean even the restrooms and everyone seems to get along great together work as a team and not necessarily your waitress or waiter. Ask you if there’s anything you can get you it’s all the others that offer help to each other, I enjoy it there. The one on Reynolda is awesome Peterscreek Parkway also

The food I have tried is fantastic! The atmosphere is great as well. I just wish you got more onion rings with the orders as you do pay an upcharge for them as an alternate side. They are the best I've ever eaten! 😋

It took about 5 times for me to call I kept being put on hold and told the it would take about 45 to 50 minutes for my order to be ready if I did put in an order so I said never mind and I changed my mind called again. That last fifth time I called the person who picked up told me it would take 15 minutes so the other employee was over exaggerating about the 45 to 50 minute wait and putting me on hold so long. I do appreciate the last person who took my order and was polite I ended up ordering about 30 wings bone in and they were delicious took only 15 minutes for the order to be ready.

Very poor service, server forgot to bring our drinks and had to ask a different server. Then, server did not check on us during our entire visit, we had to find her and get her attention for everything we neededFood also came out overcooked and then when we sent it back it was undercooked. Very bad experience.
Excellent food at Lynchburg, va restaurant with a very wide variety of food. Excellent wait staff. Only downside is parking is awful! Many people can’t find parking place and just leave. We have learned to go after 1:30 to find a place to park. Definitely need better parking or another location in Lynchburg because it is a university city.
