Wonderful food! Always fresh and delicious!
I love east coat wings, and really enjoy their lettuce wraps, however, the Albemarle location does not chop up the chicken enough. It’s big chucks of chicken which do not fit in the lettuce wraps well. They need to spice the chicken for the lettuce wraps.
I’ve eaten at 4 locations and this is the only one that does it this way

Put an adequate amount of sauce on the wings; I can hardly tell the difference between the wings with wet sauce and the ones with dry rub. I ask for a side container of sauce
We always have a great experience at ECW+G King! The staff is always friendly & nice. The food always tastes great. The service is excellent. The food is always cooked to order & our order is always accurate. We really enjoy coming here as a family! Best restaurant to go to in King!
The wings do not always taste fresh. I’d rather wait 25 minutes to get fresh wings than 15 to get refried ones. Wings often have too little seasoning or sauce (not meaning the optional additional heat, but the dry rub or sauce). Last time we ordered takeout, every single carrot and celery stick was translucent and water-logged, as they had been frozen; they were rubbery and inedible. Sometimes, though, you get it right- so we keep hoping to find a consistent experience

The food is always good. Some staff are super friendly; others, not so much. And there was a sign you couldn’t sell alcohol. Crazy…someone needs to mark their calendar for important deadlines.

Placed an online order so I could pick it up on my way home from work. Walked in and no host at the door to greet anyone when I went in and when I left that day. When I walked up to the bar/pick up order area to pick it up my order there was another customer in front of me also picking up an order. We stood there for 7 - 10 mins before anyone knowledge us while the woman that was working the bar/pick up area was sitting with a bunch of gentlemen customers socializing that were sitting at tables near the bar besides paying attention to other customers. Honestly wouldn't have known that she worked by the way she dressed and no uniform. Food was cold and the customer service has went down hill.
Service is always friendly and food is consistent in quality and taste and prepared in a prompt manor. We have never had a bad experience.

Ordered hot and "saucy" wings for raging ranch, received xtra hot and not so saucy but ridiculous salty and inedible. Pretty embarrassing when you invite friends over for wings and we get that.Its always something and always hit and miss more so with the mocksville store than clemmons but its always something. We may order them one time and theyre amazing, then the next two times its a huge flop. Just tired of the inconsistent quality control. We like the stores because of the convenient locations but guess were gonna have to trek into winston to bdubs.
