Change the floors so ladies can be comfortable wearing heels and not slip.

The wings are super tiny now!!! a rip off - what has happened? The sauce was almost non-existent and chips were burned? I place an online order and they say it's going to be an hour. My daughter calls right back to place a different order and they say 15-20 min? I used to go here weekly. but it's went way downhill, so I rarely go anymore and these are reasons why. :(

Whenever I come here I usually get really GREAT service or really BAD service. The servers are usually really attentive or could care less about me
I ordered a quesadilla (fries and chips use to be included) now extra. Price didn’t change? Simple. Over priced.

The service was better this time. The wrap I had fell apart because they put it on the grill. It became crumbly in my hands. In the past the service had been horrible. No refills, I would have to get up and get my own tea.
Constantly changing staff and slow service make it hard to come in regularly. Also changing recipes.
When I eat there, I usually come in to order and take food home. I always order extra sauce, 7 out 0f 10 times, the extra sauce is not in there. You could make sure that your workers always check to make sure it is always in there. I work in High Point pass through Thomasville on my way home to Lexington. I don't ever feel like getting back in my car and driving back just to get sauce. I pay for extra so I expect it to be in there. Thanks for asking.

We love our local East Coast Wings restaurant. Their food and staff are great. We have referred several friends there and everyone has always said good things about it.
Very slow service. Order on the phone with rep. Food was not ready after 30 mins .
