We use to go to ECW at least once but often twice a week. The new payment system where the server stands over you is incredibly uncomfortable, to the point we now choose not to frequent the establishment.
like a neighborhood bar-employees go out of way to make you feel welcome-remember your likes, etc.

The bar did not have cherries for a cocktail that requires them according to your recipe. This may sound insignificant, but I have been coming to ECW for many year, ordering this same drink. The reason they did not have cherries blew me out of the water... Employees will eat them all, so they no longer buy them. This is THE most ridiculous thing I have EVER heard. Get control of the staff and make it a requirement that if they are caught eating them, they will be disciplined! Who lets this happen?? These owners of this store need to show their fortitude in running THEIR store and work harder make customers happy!
The food was great! my wings were so yummy made with Season salt and no sauce!! very good!! the staff too, very attentive. we have had horrible service there previously but have slowly started to try again and the last few visits have been great!! thank you
Improvements needed with servers. We sat for over 10 minutes while servers walked past us. Not one stopped and said anything...like...”I’ll be right with you - I’ll get your server - have you been helped yet”- anything. My husband finally went to the hostess station and asked if there was anyone assigned to our table. Only then did a server come over. She had walked past our table several times but offered no apology. I was ready to leave. Think they need a little more training. I was a server in my teens, early twenties and never ignored customers. If this happens again, we will not return.
The waitress was lovely, very quick and responsive. The food was yummy as usual and the ranch is still the best ever!! When I came in the girl at the door however did not care to walk us to our table she literally pointed and told us to go sit over there.....that was a little weird.

Speediness. That is what is missing at my location. I waited too long To be seated, then it was forever before our waiter showed up to take a drink order.
I understand that the food is cooked to order but that seemed to take too long as well. Most likely the food was ready and took too long to be brought to the table since it wasn’t hot.
Wait staff could stand to improve. Checking on their tables a little more often for starters.

This was my first time going to East Coast Wings. I ordered the Cajun wings with ranch dressing they where really good, I will be back to try other different flavors. And next time I want to try one of there salads. My order was take out, next time I will be dining in.

It was very good! Food was excellent and the service was just as good. The waitress kept our drinks filled and our food was brought in a timely manner and she kept checking on us to make sure our needs were met.
