Server was training so the wait was longer than normal. Wings came late. Atmosphere was not as clean. Northlake is still my favorite location for kids night.

Great service and time spent there
I was disappointed with my visit. I ordered 15 bone in wings. At least 7 or 8 of the wigs were over done and hard to eat. There wasn’t any meat on the bones. They were small and rubbery. I ordered them medium hotness and they were hot.

The food was very good but pricey. The boneless wings are over $1.00 each and very small.
Didn’t seem to be enough servers. Hostess ended up taking our orders and waiting on us. She was fine, no complaints. But I only have one hour for lunch and too much of that was spent waiting for service.

I loved my food bur the waitress was very rude. Her services was awful. She came to table only once. The waitress had an attitude the whole time. Other than the waitress being rude. The food is awesome.
We got wings to go yesterday and a couple of weeks ago that we’re very dry and old tasting almost as if they were cooked twice. Usually they are good and moist but lately something has been happening in the kitchen that isn’t very good. Also when it’s an off time all the employees seem to gravitate to the kitchen and when you enter no one is there in the dining area.
Best sauces and best French fries! Try the Kamikaze sauce, you won't be sorry!

Friendly and efficient
One thing that could be improved is to always, always, always double check to make sure everything on the ticket is in the bag. I got to the door with our bag before I realized that it seemed that the carrots we ordered were not in the bag. I went back in and let the person at the front know, and the guy up front seemed to question what I said until I pointed out (on the ticket) that we were owed the carrots. That's my second thing. I understand some people may try to game the system, but no one should be copping an attitude when it is clearly on the ticket. Other than that, everything was good and we enjoyed our meal at home. We should be back, but please work on these things.
