When I call to put in a order it takes forever for them to answer and I when I get there to pick up my food the people are standing around. Makes me think they have the phone off the hook

Beer is always cold and food is hot and very good.

What could we do to improve?

Lately there have been issues with a salads I usually order. The avocado had a very strange texture and taste, and during there last couple of visits they have either forgotten to put the corn/black bean combo on our I was told they were out of the item. So I was delivered a bowl of field greens with chicken on top.
